Their sales tem has been incredibly helpful. Other comments make me weary, perhaps my only advice is that they should offer an easy way to "escape" their chatbot and talk to a human

For me, PublishDrive, should be every author's choice of going live because it is tailored to in making publishing seamless. Like other publishing sites with too much bottlenecks, PublishDrive is free of hiccups but smooth sailing...

The company platform is relatively easy to use and what makes it great is that it has everything one needs to publish and distribute an ebook on one website. The dashboard is user friendly and highly functional. Customer service answers back emails in a speedy manner which I appreciate very much.

Great ability in making ePUB and guiding and support team, made me feel confident for continuing with publishing my works, I am very lucky to find the PublishDrive on the net, yet have not uploaded my works, so no incentives paid to me, the company pays a good share every 60 days and during the time sends sale reports to everyone.

The worst! Could not check the epub they converted. There is NO human support for the free plan! None. I could not even cancel/delete my account!

I am glad that I decided to put my book on PublishDrive. It is important for me to be on all of the best sites to get exposure for my book and this is one of the best. Only a few issues but it all worked out. Ken.

I've been researching several methods to get more traffic to my publications. Now I always look past the negative reviews and give a company a try, with the free option. Well it's been just under a week. I have to admit they have the most polite and knowledgeable ChatBot I've experienced. So I followed all of the guidelines to upload my book and clicked submit; the platform has placed my book into a PLR production and won't publish it, and this book is my best seller on Amazon. So the, ChatBot advised me that I had to submit my copyright for the book to prove that I had written it to an upload feature on the site that doesn't exist. When I asked how to change my email address, they (ChatBot) advised me to contact support via email along with the copyright information. Well, I have no response from them at all; they send you promotional emails, and I get those, but as a customer who publishes what is important to the service, they provide nothing. So I've decided that if I use any company, I review Trust Pilot first, and if the company doesn't respond to any of the reviews, it's a no-go period. I'm submitting this to ChatBot for a test as well.

The website was extremely difficult to navigate, and by the time I managed to upload my draft, I was prompted to upgrade my package. Since I was still within the free trial period, I assumed I wouldn’t be charged until it ended, but the system took the payment immediately. On the positive side, customer service responded quickly via email, but they refused to offer a refund, so I ended up canceling my subscription.

I'm new here, but I feel the site is well-organized and trustworthy. I hope to self-publish a novella I wrote.

I'm publishing an AI-narrated audiobook through through them. They have made the self-publishing learning process smoother than I anticipated. Good and straightforward communication. I'm looking forward to working with them on my future projects.

This company kept debit my account of $17 every month to publish my book online. Yet l could not get my royalty payments. I was asked to provide an account for payout, which l did. Suddenly the number of books sold dropped to 11 from 18. My earnings dropped to $36 from $52.

I was informed that my earnings were below the payout threshold so they couldn't pay me. Then l was asked to readjust the minimum payout value so l could get paid. Suddenly the link/button to adjust the payout value just vanished. The Payout settings option on the menu vanished.

I logged and and tried to login again, no way - the page kept flagging technical error. There is no phone number to call.

PublishDrive is just a scam. Please ensure you blacklist and avoid them

The reply I have just received from PublishDrive is my 2nd reply, this time specifically related to my business questions related to Royalties. The reply was well-constructed, detailed, and 100% complete. Very well done.

I am an self publishing author outside the borders of USA and have experienced a lot of issues regarding my ebook. Transferring money to my bank in my continent is one of the major issues, my book, a workbook, I've realized is not very popular in the ebook industry. While the other publishers outright rejected it, Publishdrive have allowed me to change certains aspects of my project. Communication is a breeze and the team is willing to solve problems I have occurred. They are prepared to go the extra mile. They have even assured me that help is near whenever there are questions. I was looking exactly for a company to do the file conversions and automatic Book metadata generator and I was very lucky to find PublishDrive that has already made it possible for the writers, publishers and even book and ebook retailors in a way that they guide you to reach to interested buyers throughout the world.

I had clicked for the removal of the audiobook, but it was not removed from the stores. I contacted them and they said they would arrange for the removal.

Now after 2 years, I still see the book in some stores. (I cannot insert here links).

There is not enough seriousness in the management of my audiobooks. As long as it comes to uploading them great, when it comes to removing them, problems arise.

Now I have to retrieve the account from 2 years ago and contact them again. What about the royalties from those 2 years?
