HI Anoek, which granules did you try that only lasted an hour, the packet should last 30 hours but it does depend on how much you put in your burner, if you only put a tiny amount in then they will only last an hour but you would get 30 uses. We advise around 25g per time which will last around 7/8 hours or you can use slightly less at 10g which will last 3/4 hours.

Personally not very strong smelling
Personally not very strong smelling , I have to change it every day as the smell does pretty quickly , was expecting them to be a lot stronger in smell so was disappointed to say the least especially on an £80 order

Hi Katy, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'd like to see if we can help you with the strength issue. This is usually due to using them in a small burner or electric warmer that uses a bulb. There are also a few brands of wax melters that struggle to heat up soy wax which has a higher melting temperature than paraffin wax used by the big brands. For each chunk of wax in our snap bar we expect them to last for around 8-10 hours each so changing them every day would be completely normal, each bar has 5 chunks so a single snap bar should last nearly a week if you are changing it each day. We also find that the scent is stronger if you use a ceramic tealight burner rather than electric warmer and place it away from windows/draughts as these tend to draw the scent away. Excellent products!
The wax melts are so good, the scent lasts for ages and are very strong. The service is brilliant. High quality home made products. Definitely will buy more. I also ordered some wax granules and they are very good too. I have an electric wax warmer from Puddle of Wax that is so pretty, love this company!
