Listen to the bad reviews. I wish I did..

You would probably win once and that’s all, they will take more from you and you will end up playing dead spins. I tested out many casino sites and this one is by far the worst one. Don’t spend your money with them.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Absolutely by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had with anything ever these people literally just will not respond to you for days I try to redeem to scroll wallet says it takes 24 hours processing time and then 3 to 5 hours to hit the card well it's been four or five days now I think the first time it's done this and then I can't ever get any reply from any kind of customer service rep whatsoever they are absolutely incompetent in the customer service department I used to like pools they used to be great they had great customer service great games they were always reliable but for the last 6 months they have been by far the worst social casino currently operating in the United States. They have absolutely no regard for their customers time or anything they do not care you can message them a hundred times they're not going to reply to you you get an automated message asking you questions that they never even ever get back with you on till days or weeks later . I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau I DO NOT suggest spending any money with PULSZ

Highway robbery

I've used this app for months. Verified my account and my cards.ive spent thousands of dollars on this site and redeemed thousands as well. Now, they won't let me redeem $200! They are asking for a verifacation for a digital card, which is attached to my verified bank account. One that they have accepted payment from for months and thousands of dollars. When they asked me to verify again, I figured no big deal, and I explained the card was virtual and provided a pic of the digital card, and the bank statement showing the purchases. I have been stuck in an endless loop ever since. As per there site, it explains that periodically they ask for verification in order to ensure the safety of my accounts. This isn't for my account. There's no doubt at this point the the account is mine and the bank account is in fact where the purchases came from and where the redemption is going. It's just a matter of stealing money. It makes no sense considering how much they lose by me deleting my account. But I don't think I have a choice considering I can no longer redeem even via gift card or skill. This hit me at a bad time and customer service has been rude and unhelpful often just repeating the exact same sentence and not offering any options to fix the issue. About a month ago, it came to my attention that pulsz was being sued or blocked by a lawsuit and US restrictions. I think they have an issue that is now going to affect the players like it has me and my redemptions. Was my favorite site but this is robbery and really really bad customer service. Not to mention bad business because I'm positive they made more off me than the 200 they stole
