Hyvä mutta vuotaa nesteet kallistuessaan
Eväsrasia on kestävänoloinen ja vaikuttaa muuten erittäin hyvältä, mutta kallistuessaan se vuotaa nesteet, jos on esim kastiketta mukana. On siis joidenkin ruokien kanssa hankala lasten käytössä, kun rasiat eivät pysy tasaisesti repussa.

Todella huono asiakaspalvelu
On kyllä harvinaisen huono verkkokauppa. Kysyin voinko vaihtaa nokkaa pillin tilalle samaan pulloon. Sieltä ei tullut siihen kysymykseen vastausta vaan kaikkea "emme tee muutoksia tuotteisimme", haluatko tilata tällaisen pullon (sama pullo nokalla). En ollut kertaakaan alkuperäistä tilaustani vaihtamassa, kysyin vaan voinko käyttää nokkaa samassa pullossa. Lisäksi he eivät olleet lähettäneet tilausta, vaikka mulle tuli viesti että tilaus on lähtenyt. Luulin että lähettäävät tilauksen koska minusta ei kuulu mitään!!!
Koska heidän ymmärryksensä oli niin heikko, peruin koko tilauksen. Kaiken kukkuraksi rahojen takaisinsaannissa voi mennä 10 päivää.

After receiving your message asking whether it’s possible to replace the spout on the straw bottle you ordered with a sippy spout and add something to the order, we tried to clarify your request.
The message was not fully clear, as every product page on our website states that any Pura top fits any Pura bottle. Because of this, we were unsure whether you were asking to exchange the bottle itself or simply add an item to your order.
We contacted you several times to clarify these details so that we could prepare and ship exactly what you needed. Since your request was unclear and we had not yet received your reply, we were unable to send the order. Today, we also sent you a reminder that we were still waiting for your confirmation.
Instead of responding, you chose to cancel the order which we processed immediately and sure that you’ve already receive or will receive money back in 2-3 days (it depends only on your bank account conditions).

Tuote ei ollut sama kuin aikaisempi vaan muokattu turvallisuuden tms takia huonommaksi. I got your reply and you did even bother using google translate or chat gpt. I specifically said im not satisfied specifically since it has been updated and the flow speed for liquid has been changed and is now rejected by our baby. Why did you change it at all? You used money for it instead fire a developer since pbvously they have to invent a reason for keeping them on the payroll 😅😅

Jeg synes dette produktet er veldig brukervennlig. Jeg bestilte tre flasker på 500 ml og i tillegg et sugerørslokk for min datter som snart blir to år.
Silikonsugerøret fungerer greit, men jeg synes det kunne vært plassert litt mer i midten for å gjøre det lettere å drikke av. Drikketuten er ganske smal og kort, noe som gjorde det litt vanskelig for en toåring å bruke. Silikondelen på flasken er ganske bred, og selv om det gjør flasken lettere å holde for små barn, blir den lett skitten – spesielt med sand og skitne barnehender. Kanskje den kunne vært litt smalere?
Jeg skulle også ønske det fantes et lokk uten silikon på drikketuten – det kunne vært mer praktisk i noen situasjoner.
Alt i alt er jeg veldig fornøyd og kommer definitivt til å kjøpe flere!

Tastes and smells chemical
I bought the silicone mug, but we cannot use it as it smells and tastes chemical/silicone even after many cleanings. I do not recommend. Overpriced for bad quality.

Hi! We are sorry to hear your silicone arrived with an odor. Sometimes even high quality silicone can have a bit of a "new" smell. Regarding the reason of some odor when upon you first use - it's a smell remaining after production. For example, medical silicone itself is odorless, but the process of vulcanization and hardening of silicone products is accompanied by an odor during production, which subsequently evaporates without a trace with full access to air.
The odor will lessen quickly. To reduce or eliminate the smell, clean the new silicone with dish soap and a bit of white vinegar, then boil sterilize for 10 minutes.

Jag är så besviken över kundservicen
Jag är så besviken över kundservicen. På grund av att min lilla bebis blev svårt sjuk och inlagd på sjukhuset kunde jag inte hämta ut paketet och fick ingen information varken från företaget eller från Bring om hur lång tid jag hade på mig att hämta ut paketet. Jag var en dag sen att hämta paketet och då skickades det tillbaka och nu måste jag betala 199 kr för returfrakten. Så 259 kr för ingenting. Trots att jag förklarade min situation så ville inte Puranordic vara tillmötesgående. Kommer aldrig mer köpa produkter från Puranordic!

We use external postal contractors (Posti and Bring), so the cost of delivery and return cannot be covered by our company, as they are paid to 3rd parties. However we offered you a special discount, which partially could covered your additional delivery costs.
You received notifications about the readiness of the order for pick up by e-mail from both Bring and Pura Nordic (in our letter we also informed you regards the cost of unclaimed parcels). In case of impossibility to collect the order within 7 days, the customer has the opportunity to extend the storage period of the goods for another 7 days through the Bring website or app, which you should have also been notified about.
Let us express once again that we're very sorry regards your negative experience with the delivery of our goods.
