So pleased and happy with my kitten…
I had such a pleasant experience with PureBred kitties. They kept in regular contact with weekly videos to show how my kitten was doing before he was ready to go home and took the time to answer any questions I had. I got the perfect Maine Coon I was looking for. He is such a good cat and I am very pleased with the whole experience. I was a little skeptical at first but there is no reason to be. If you are one that is unsure if PureBred kitties is the “true” thing, let me be the one to convince you to let them find the perfect kitten for you.

Important read before purchasing
First I'll start with all the great things. I really wanted a Sphynx cat and I was glad to find a company where they source from breeders that test for hcm and trusted breeders. I am grateful to have my kitten in my arms after a little more than a month. She is beautiful.
Now the process started by paying over 3k for a sphynx which is quite a lot. I then found out that she is flying from Ukraine to Delaware and that I can pay an additional 1,600$ to have a nanny fly her from Delaware to Las Vegas. So I decided to book my own flight to Philadelphia and pick her up myself and fly back to save 1400$. Regardless of the money aspect of it all.. because she is worth it. What was super disappointing was the lack of communication. The first week started off good , I got a video and some updates .. but the updates were super basic about cats in general, not about my actual cat. Then a week went by and I called to see if I could actually get an update and a possible date so I could book a flight to get her. He said he can't tell me specifically when she is coming but would update me. A whole week went by and I stopped receiving any info. I called back and same answers. I was upset at that point because I just spend over 3k and I haven't even seen any update since the first day. Another week went by and I was fed up and asked to talk to anyone but that guy. Finally got to speak with the woman who I spoke with initially, she apologized and said I should have been receiving updates and videos of my cat this whole time. I was upset but she gave me a solid date to pick her up and sent me a video. Needless to say, I finally have this baby sphynx and she is precious. But even 3 days before I got her I asked 5 different people if I could get the weight of her before picking her up and got 0 responses. This company is great in that I got my cat, but why can't you just routinely update the people who buy them. 0 stars on communication.
The guy that I spoke with was incredibly hard to talk to. He said 'um' every two seconds and he clearly didn't know what he was talking about. So, thanks for my cat.
The woman who met up with us to hand off our cat was kind, informative and on time.
Now I can just hope that my cat is really healthy and the breeding was done with care 🩷

So this is my second purchase with…
So this is my second purchase with purebred kitties for a Maine coon cat and they are still consistently amazing! My hubby and I had the option to have our new fur baby delivered which was so convenient for us. I loved that we received weekly videos of our kitten up until it was time for him to come home. Everyone there is wonderful and if you have any questions or concerns they respond quickly. Even if it’s on the weekend. I felt we were informed the entire time and there wasn’t any miscommunication at all. I still highly recommend them for your future fur baby.

Awful experience, poor communication
The day I bought my cat through this website people from this company called me and went over everything with me. However since that first time all their communication was nonexistent. I would text the numbers that previously messaged me saying to message them on that number with any questions. so I would and they wouldn't respond. I would call, no answer, left a message never heard back. I would email and the emails they provided would never send and always said failure unable to send. Then I would call the company directly and once they said "oh well she got all her vaccines and is getting spayed tomorrow and will be shipped in 2 weeks" I never knew any of this!! I called a few times prior to that last ones and they wouldn't have any information and would just said "we'll contact them, we're very busy" This was such a frustrating experience. Not having any communication, or information about the kitten I bought was insane. So much of it seemed like a scam! They also wouldn't tell me where she was coming from and once I got her, all her paperwork was in a different language and she only received 2 FVRCP vaccines at 3 months old, when the requirement is 4. I would know I'm a vet assistant! When I reached out about this they said " no she's current and up to date with them and that's all she required". Also when I got her she was so SKINNY! like insanely skinny. I have another cat and she was never skinny like that as a kitten. It almost seems like she was neglected or starved. This whole experience was so frustrating and not okay!! the only good thing that came out go this was my kitten! the Nanny's that delivered my kitten were amazing they were the only ones who communicated and messaged me back. Also the only time I got communication from the company was when they needed payment.

My adoption specialist Eric was fantastic! The woman I spoke to starting the process took lots of time to get in touch with me but once I started with Eric everything was smooth. The breeder was also very nice and sweet and really showed how much he loved my kitten.

I adopted another Dev Rex kitten from PurebredKitties!
I adopted a Dev Rex kitten from P͟u͟r͟e͟b͟r͟e͟d͟K͟i͟t͟t͟i͟e͟s͟ a little over a year ago and was considering adopting another as a playmate for 𝙂𝙚𝙢𝙢𝙖. I didn't know if the new kitten should be male or female, nor how to introduce the 𝙂𝙚𝙢𝙢𝙖 and the new arrival. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖 addressed all my concerns and provided a lot of useful information regarding the introduction process. She also guided me through completing the reservation and paying the deposit for 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣 (I don't usually need help with these things, but the website would not allow me to pay just the deposit).
Very satisfied and anxious to meet 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣!

This place is not a place you want to get a kitten from.
If it were possible, I wouldn’t even give them one star. The whole experience was horrible. First I put a deposit down on the Kitten. And about 6 to 7 weeks later I asked where in the US is the Kitten coming from. His answer Ukraine. I would never have gotten this kitten from Ukraine if I had been made aware of that when the person called me to talk to me about my kitten. So he had a nine hour flight from Ukraine to Delaware. So I drove to Delaware. I went to the address that they told me too. The building did not even exist, but there was one there for an exercise place. The actual meeting place was in the parking lot. The crate I got him in smelled like barn animals.. It was so gross. It made him smell. So he had another 10 Hour Dr. back to where I live. And all that time and travel he was so stressed. I had to bring him to urgent care four days after bringing him home. so after more than $500, they told me that he had a urinary track infection and a crystal in his stomach. He was so scared when we got home. All he did was hide. Didn’t seem like he was socialized or held. I have no idea what this breeder does in Ukraine. I did have a zoom visit with her and the Kitten. But of course, she only spoke Ukraine. So any questions I had went unanswered. I asked them to give him a bath before they gave him to me. He assured me that he would have a bath. No bath was ever done. And he smelled so bad. I have not been able to take him to get a bath yet because he is so scared. I would never ever get another cat from this website. They are sneaky and only tell you what they want you to know.

The commitment of add a new member of the family weighs heavily on the mind. The overwhelming love and response my family has welcoming him into our lives has been amazing. Canadian Sphynx Kitten
I recently adopted a Canadian sphynx kitten! I was nervous adopting from an adoption company rather than a shelter for many reasons, but mostly because I have heard so many horror stories and was nervous to find a reputable breeder. The team at purebred kitties was extremely helpful, and my anxieties were easily reduced! Marie and Jane communicated effectively and promptly- answering questions and providing resources no matter how annoying lol! I was concerned about my kitten’s travel/timing, because I am a junior in university and its early in the year! I was nervous about potentially missing classes to travel or not having flexibility for pick up with my schedule. The logistics team communicated excellently and provided so many resources to help with the travel and transition! Pick up was seamless, and she came with all needed records and supplies to help her adjust in her new home! Everyone was open and transparent and there were no unexpected or undisclosed fees or costs. Lastly, the team has been just as helpful after the adoption was finished and have been responsive to any questions now that we have our kitten. She came and is super sweet and happy and presumably healthy! I would definitely recommend purebred kitties to anyone looking for reputable and equitable breeders!

I ended up choosing to pick up in…
I ended up choosing to pick up in person and got to visit the breeder's home, and it was clean, and the kittens were clearly raised in an ethical environment. They were very knowledgeable about BSH, and even told me what kind of food my BSH liked. Before I left, she also gave me some food and a litter box.
The process has been pretty smooth except for some lagging in communication with the adoption team. But overall, I am satisfied with the experience. Most importantly, my British Shorthair is perfect.
