Ordered 2 light bulb cameras

Ordered 2 light bulb cameras, they were on the Weather Network website. Will not work on my 5G, overloaded my phone, had to remove it. Asked for a refund, but was only offered credits of up to $25, asked for an address to return the product, now they are not comunicating anymore. Very bad customer service.

I purchased the home security cameras

I purchased the home security cameras. I realized after receiving them that they would not work with my current lighting fixtures. I asked for a refund and return instructions. Pure care keeps giving me offers of $10-$50 to not return items. Every time I ask for return info they respond with an offer. Guess I’ll never see those funds.

After insisting on returning items, I received return address. I mailed items and informed them of tracking number. I received my refund the next day.

DO NOT BUY!!! Light bulb security camera is a piece of JUNK. Does not work,
PERIOD. I Emailed what is online - Gives instructions that do not work. I responded asking for return and refund information. No response for 10 days. Sent another email. Still waiting on response. I found this number online, 323-597-0288 but it says, "subscriber mailbox full - try back later". Such a scam and rip-off.

Dont waste your time and money

Don't waste your time and money with this security camera. I could not connect the camera with my iPhone and was following the instructions. I did not try to contact customer service as I felt it would be a waste of time based on other reviews. I threw my 3 cameras in the trash and did not look back. Lesson learned.

Scam/no support/China company!

I could not connect the camera to my I phone 8 or my wife's I phone 10. We followed the instructions that came with the camera which did not wort and contacted support 3 different times and were told to do the same thing every time! I am still waiting for an answer on how to return the three cameras I bought! Do not buy! this is a scam!

Read the reviews before you buy.

I bought 2 of their watches and was told by them that the Fitpro app from google play is the app to sync the watches for my area. After many days and little help I never got these watches to work. They are 9 months behind and the time is 6 hours behind. Much frustration. They are a Honk Kong company and are not based in the U.S. which means you have no help from US banks or credit cards. They will not give you a phone number, only support is by text or e-mail. The instructions are so small you can hardly read them. There was no model number anywhere included with my shipment. I wished I had known just what I have written in this review before I bought.

Piece of junk

Piece of junk. Bulb fell out of the screw socket when screwing into the light fixture. Been trying to get return info and refund for 3 weeks and only get e-mail instructions on how to try and fix this thing. Save your money. They obviously do not stand behind their product and try to make things right. If I could rate this item lower I would give a -10. Don't waste your money!

Ive been trying for a week now to get a return address to return 2 cameras that does not work....It says I have 30 days.They keep sending me the same email everytime on how to fix it.I keep telling them it doesnt work.Give me the return address.still nothing.Now I have to try to dispute this through my credit card!!!!!!Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two lights

I ordered two lights. Same problem as so many. Down loaded the app and on my phone it says, "Not recognized, illigal (their spelling not mine) app."

Sent an email for return instructions. Never heard back from them

Impossilbe to get a refund they want you to give them your credit card and use a "customer serivce company website. I wish I would have reviewed this before I ordered. Ordered 4 of the webcamera and they are not compatible with 5g.

If it was possible to give this company…

If it was possible to give this company a minus 5 rating I would do so. The security camera lightbulbs are terrible. The instructions for use are essentially illegible. I was able to find some instructions on YouTube, but even after I got the bulb working to some extent, it doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Finally, they make it almost impossible to contact the company for a refund or even a complaint. BEWARE!

These security cameras are terrible

These security cameras are terrible. There are minimal one-page instructions in .2 font very small and unreadable. Then they try to make you buy an internet service for $5.99 a month. No instruction about the QR code on the side of the unit. Return cost $50-$80 to ship back to China.

security cameras they sell is a scam. they do not come with what is promised, they will not work and there is no way to return them. try to click on the reviews and they will not come up. ,try to find their address....no way. once they have your money, you are stuck. DO NOT BUY!

Unable to get Return information for Credit

I recently bought four of the light socket cameras. The order was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. When I tried to install them in my recessed lighting I discovered that the depth of the recess was too deep and the camera could not stick below to allow the camera to capture video. I have requested information on how to get a refund but after two weeks of trying wanted to put up this information for folks to beware that there may be troubles for returning them for a refund. The day I received the cameras was the day I found that I could not use them and initiated inquiry for return procedures.

I ordered 2 watches and within 5 minutes of placing order read bad reviews so I sent email straight away to cancel order. This company completely ignores my SEVERAL requested to cancel and has just invoiced me. I would recommend that deal with this company at you own risk

Beware of online companies who are not transparent about return & privacy policies

I was about to order security cameras from PureCare and wanted to review their return policies & get more information another words read the fine print about their policies. I was sent to the site where you input your financial information & clicked on the money back guarantee to see what restrictions & what constitutes a legitiment return. I also wanted to know more about their privacy policy & who this company was. Well when i clicked on where their guarantee was, nothing popped up on the payment page. I find that extremely disconcerting & suspicious when a consumer can't see or get information regarding any details about a company, its return policy or how they handle their customers private information. In their advertisement of this security camera it says no need to buy extra storage in icloud to store your videos. I was trying to find out more about how & where the 24 hr live video information is stored, but again there was no additional information on that issue. There is no email or phone number to contact them either that I could see on their advertisment. I'm guessing your privy to that information AFTER you buy their product, which in my opinion is a huge red flag & people should stay away from such shady practices & not risk your money on a company who isn't forthright & transparent. Bcz of this I decided not not place an order.
