Pure Clear Filters Ltd Avis 

I used to carry bottles of water on my hiking trips ,I've switched to using a pure clean filter bottle,just top up from any stream or anywhere where's there's water ,except the sea ,my bag is a load lighter now

This is our second purchase of the Life Filter Pro. It's a fantastic product, works brilliantly in the River Avon. Highly recommend if looking for a filter that looks great and can take out all the nasties in the water. Doesn't leak in bag after using and no more carrying around heavy water bottles.

Great filter ,I’ve used in fields where there are sheep and drank from the water in a very slow running stream ,worked a treat .very helpful company

I have used the squeeze filter over the past year across multiple countries inside and outside Europe. It performed as expected.

I recently contacted customer support to get a replacement part, which they do not sell. (white rubber part on the cap).
They were quick to respond by phone and told me to recap the request by email.
They provided a new cap free of charge and included it in my order for a new filter cartridge.

Good product and good customer support.

Love it it has a steady flow some times seems a bit slow but thinking about it if you drink just to cwench your thirst then just drink all in one go it's better to space out then have nothing till you find more warter so the slowness can help you warter manage

Whilst I can't fault the speed of delivery, the product itself - the Pure Clear Pure Explore filter 500ml - is VERY disappointing. I bought this to replace a previous water filter I'd lost, although I still have a Sawyer Mini as a backup. I wanted this product due to the affordability and the kinds of nasties it filters out, but I expected a MUCH better flow rate. After following the instructions to "activate" the filter, I tested out on two days in the mountains of North Wales. The Sawyer Mini is faster, which is saying something. I've no idea if this is true of all of these filters or if I've got a defective one, but I do regret buying.

I have recently used the Pure Clear Active filtered water bottle on 6 weeks travel through Egypt, Bahrain, India & Sri Lanka, without an issue.
I used internal and external tap water, which it filtered with ease, and I didn't buy a single bottle of water, which probably saved me a bit of money too.

Re Life Filter Pro: After some incredibly impressive results with peaty moorland water, we even found it improved the tap water taste from home! We have decided that this is the system we will be sticking to from now on. Traditional filters might work well for the basic removal of bacteria, but they lack the capability to remove other nasties that Pure Clear’s excellent electro-adsorptive technology brings. The UK currently has a poor record for water quality. A recent and unfortunate communication issue meant I accidentally invested in a couple of cartridges that were wrong for my Life Filter Pro. I contacted PC and they handled the issue impeccably – they even updated their website to clarify. This is a company that has an excellent product and clearly cares about both product and reputation. No other filter has ever worked as well as this for my wife and I. Recommended.

Great customer service. Fast postage. One item was mixed up, I sent an email next day's post missing item arrived. The set up looks great - can't wait to be using it as it will save me from carrying 3-4 days water in Mongolia!

Bottle was faulty, almost impossible to suck any liquid through straw. Customer service is shocking and don’t reply. Waster of money.

Query dealt with adequately

Took a life straw on a 6 week backpacking trip around India and cannot fault it. Safe drinking water from the moment we landed without having to buy hundreds of plastic bottles of water. The life straw was convinent, easy to use and safe. We didn't have any illness/sickness the whole six weeks. Would definitely recommend, and we are taking the life straw to india again this year. Great costumer service, there was an error in my recent order and they were quick to rectify this for me. Great quality products and value for money compared to other more well known overpriced brands on the market. The fact that pure clear filters filter bacteria and viruses makes this a more useful product when traveling overseas. Would highly recommend a d will be ordering again.

What a water filter the collapsible
500 is.. used it for the cumbria way no problem at all.miles better than my sawyer mini for flow .packs down to nothing and protects more than a sawyer mini. 5 stars isn't enough!!
