TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. They dont have a customer service phone number only an email address they NEVER answer in a reasonable amount of time, maybe if your lucky you may hear back from them in a month or so but dont count on it. When they finally got back to me about a bad dental irrigation device they said my warranty had expired. It expired because I had to wait a month for there response. DONT buy there products unless you want there cheaply made dental accessories and you want to wait a month +++ on them getting back to you for warranty work. There has got to be another company that provides these devices with better customer service than these idiots who dont care..STAY AWAY !!!! Also Amazon was no help whatsoever either. ZERO stars also on Amazon customer service..at least Amazon still has humans "for the time being" they actually talk like programmed robots. It's sad how big companies teach there customer service representatives to act and talk like robots. Sad times we live in..

I received the 3 in 1 NanoSteamer as a gift last Christmas and the steamer completely went out. There’s a warranty card I kept just in case and it said I was entitled for a replacement if the product has stopped working under a year. I contacted customer service and after I told them it was purchased at a retail store as a gift so I unfortunately don’t have an order #. They stopped responding to my emails, I enjoyed the steamer but it’s unfortunate it broke and the company doesn’t honor its warranty policy. Not satisfied with their company or response team 👎🏽

I am so disappointed in this company. I bought it in January 2024. I signed up for the 1 year warranty. After a month…it started making a high pitch sound that I had not heard before. It was working fine so I continued to use it. After another month…it started stopping in the middle of treatments. As time went on, it got to the point that it’s hard to use because it’s cutting off after a few seconds. I sent a video of the machine in action (cutting off as I had explained to them) and a copy of the receipt of purchase. After a week of no response, I sent another email. Then another. The last one told them how disappointed I was that they were obviously NOT going to honor the warranty that I signed up for. And still, I have not heard anything. Not even and apology. Terrible way to run a business. If you buy, don’t expect to be covered if the machine breaks down after a month. Buy from another company!! These guys have at least 12 complaints from the BBB. Shop more reputable companies.

I bought some replacement glass tubes for my NuDerma high frequency wand. The glass tubes are a bit delicate and I'm not very graceful. (oops) I got my order and one of the boxes was empty! I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement free of charge right away. Definitely recommend.

If I could give a zero, I would. It's very strange that they wouldn't have a phone number listed for customer complaints. The device stopped working in less than a year. I sparingly used it to begin with. There's no accidental damage and they won't even acknowledge my email. It's a scam. Save your money and buy products from someone reliable

Purchased a Pure Daily Care Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser Gift Set and it lasted less than two months. The diffuser requires constant cleaning and I cleaned it as recommended. It stopped working. Contacted customer service to be hassled and blown off. Not recommended!

I'm so excited about this company! I have used my facial streamer 3 times since I've gotten it, last week. I'm so pleased at the results & how wonderfully relaxing the steam spa has been. At home spa treatments are a great idea, especially during these COVID times
