This company are scammers ! Tried to come to my house selling me unnecessary batteries and panels to enhance the system, I had another company come who advised me they were fine and operating as normal ! Then told me they want 10k !!! Avoid at all costs , have reported to trading standards

Cold calling solar scam company , charged my dad £4,000 and didn’t even fit the product ! Report this company immediately.

Please be aware, this company should not be touched, they have cost me thousands have a problem the boss never gets back to you system not up to scratch, no after sales service, if you have more money than sence use them, they are scum.

Assuming this is "Pureenergy Innovations" (est. Feb 2024), their cold-call practices are CONCERNING, expecially toward vulnerable individuals. In my experience, the "worrying" outcome of the inspection of batteries seemed designed to justify a high-cost replacement. This was £000s, and a contract may be difficult to cancel after installation (even within the standard 14-day window). I strongly advise checking with your current energy service provider before agreeing to any inspection.

Misleading Sales Tactics and Poor Transparency

PUREENERGY INNOVATIONS LTD (Company No. 15490972) cold-called my elderly mother, claiming her solar system needed a new battery and regulator. This was completely unnecessary: her system had been recently serviced and confirmed to be in excellent condition.

The contract raised a number of red flags:

* The address didn’t match the one on Companies House
* No email contact was provided
* Phone numbers either led to voicemail or a third-party answering service.
* The company rep, "Tom", refused to share his full name or job title.
* He also refused to provide an email for written cancellation.

I eventually found an email on their website and cancelled the contract.

This experience felt deliberately misleading and exploitative, especially toward an elderly person. I urge others to be cautious and verify claims independently before agreeing to anything with this company.
