Your company have continuously stolen money from my account. I made a one-time purchase last year and ever since, you have continuously taken money from my account and send me products that I have not ordered. I cannot take this from you any longer. Canceled subscription and still charged for more months. Product did not meet what was advertised. Very unhappy. Mostly with the charging and sending product without authorization. Website very poor to navigate to cancel subscription. Still not happy with response from cancellation.

Not happy
Firstly, I did not place the order. I cancelled my subscription, but on 5 December a deduction went off my account, and I received an SMS advising that my order is on its way (Order number
11034, Tracking number LZ343926109CN). I yet did not receive the order. Upon enquiry, this is the response I got from your Customer Services:
"Dear customer,
Your order was created by your subscription, it was automatically created by your subscription. Your new order is processed, so we can not cancel it for you, we can only cancel the subscription.
We truly apologize for this inconvenience caused and we hope for your understanding and your sympathy.
Best regards"
Thirdly, I used the product for 3 months, and could not see or feel any bodily changes at all.

Peak Shilajit Company Is a Scam
Peak Shilajit is a scam. They enroll customers into a monthly subscription without clear consent and continue charging credit cards. Despite sending multiple emails, they ignore all communication and refuse to resolve the issue. I’ve been stuck in this situation since my first purchase on February 1st, and every month they charge me $170 for a product I do not need or want. And we’re now in December and they keep charging me.
