Purepath Avis 20

So this branded friction glove/pad DOES work just as shown on the website to get rid of fluff, fur on upholstery and clothing. People claiming it doesn’t are using it wrong.

It’s slightly thicker (thicker foam pad) than the cheaper unbranded ones on Amazon for sure. But at almost £19 each, I’m not sure it’s actually worth double the price of the Amazon ones which I also have - which also work. These things will cost pennies to make so it’s a shame the price is hiked like this.

This one has a different name on it — PET designed by X-pet — not as shown in the video.

Amazon unbranded ones took 3 days to arrive with a two for one price at £15, this one took just over two weeks at £19 each which led me to panic and believe I had been scammed.

It came from China going by the online tracking info. They were responsive to my couple of emails but they really should manage the initial delivery expectations better.

This product advertised its superiority over other makes of a glove for pet hair. Their trademark was clearly shown on the product. I did have a successful purchase, in that that product arrived though much later than advertised it would take. However, the pet gloves that arrived were not the PurePath product that I purchased. They were PET, designed by X-Pet in CAN - according to the label on the product. The product is terrible and does not perform to what was advertised. I have emailed asking for a refund. Time will tell if they provide my money back.

Be careful everyone. Based on my experience, this company appears to be a scam. I placed an order in December and still haven’t received anything. For months they kept telling me the shipment was “stuck”, which kept delaying things. Now they’ve completely stopped replying to my emails and requests for an update or refund. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend others think twice before ordering.
And someone else called it too, the review by Ysf M is a review done by their employee. I got their email when I was requesting a refund.

It takes ages for the product to arrive from China. This is not made clear on the website. I thought I was dealing with a UK company. I complained about the time the delivery was taking, that seemed to trigger some action on my order and it finally started moving.
The product - Gloves - isn't any better or any worse at removing Cat hair, than anything else.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I ordered 2 items from this company on January 20, 2025. One month later : I have never received anything.
I wrote them to cancel and refund as is my RIGHT since they don't respect their own shipping guidelines. I have never received anything and I doubt I ever will. So, again another phone call to the fraud department of my bank to flag this company and get my money back! Waste of time and money :(

Company is opaque about shipping. Your order will ship directly from China, and it will ship whenever they're ready to ship it, and it will travel by the slowest sailboat available at the time. I've been waiting almost a month. I've also noticed that the Purepath website is filled with 5-star reviews ... but there is no way to actually leave a review. This shady operation that should shut down.

Still waiting. Order recd Jan 17. Shipped Jan. 20. But order is stalled with carrier per Pure Path. Each time I contact them, they give me different excuses for the delay. And they seem to be making little effort to get to the bottom of this. Twice I've asked for a refund, but they've refused. Don't deal with this company! They'll take your $$ but you'll wait forever for the product.
FYI -One of the 5 star reviews of this product on your site, from Ysf M, appears to be from an employee of the company. All of the email replies sent to me were from also from a Ysf M!!! Please investigate because this is a true scam and a very fraudulent review!

Complete scam, don't waste your money. I ordered on January 18, received a link to a sketchy tracking tool on January 20 and saw zero movement beyond "Order processed by shipper." Fortunately I paid using PayPal and was able to get a refund through them. If this dropshipped trash ever shows up I will gladly update my rating and review.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered on Jan. 27 and still waiting for product.

Terrible. Ordered item nearly a month ago and still not arrived. Customer service say I can’t cancel or get a refund as it has been shipped. Tracking is useless with a company I have never heard of and says it was in China and no update for 3 weeks. They tell me they have reissued it 2 weeks ago. Chased again and gave me the same story and point blank refusing to refund. DONT BUY

ZERO STARS. The worst company I have ever ordered from. Ordered a month ago & still NOTHING. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Total Scam. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT ORDER.

Wong process a refund but can provide proof of postage despite requesting it be refunded before shipping even took place.

Why can't I give zero stars? Like other reviewers, I have been waiting over a month and still haven't received my order. According to their tracking, it hasn't even shipped yet from China. I thought I was dealing with a company in Canada. At least it begins with a "C". I can't review the product but greatly suspect that's a scam, too, despite what other supposed happy "buyers" claim.

Placed the order 12/31, confirmed it's on it's way 1/2/2026 and e-mailed them. They sent a tracking # that looks a bit shifty/bogus so I'm disputing payment until product arrives - IF it arrives. This is 1/19/2026

I ordered a mitt for Christmas on Dec. 8th
It is now Jan. 8th no sign of package. I emailed several times and last communication with this company was end of December telling me parcel was as of December 23rd in Montreal waiting to be picked up by delivery service. It is now January 8th.

The purepath glove works amazing! So much better than those fake ones I got from China (Temu and Amazon) lol. Works on my pet dogs hair that was all over my car…

On the website there are reviews from people on trustpilot??? I purchased a pet hair remover mitt not as advertised OR I don't have as much cat hair!!! Actually liking Mr.Clean lint rollers!
