Firstly the website was really good giving information as to the different uses, could read and make correct product to order.The company were very quick to respond and keep me informed of the status of order and when i asked a question the reply was within an hour.we now have the product and have started using it looking forward to many more nights of sleep and feeling better, I recommend the company as much as the product
