Sorry to hear you're disappointed about the delivery times. To avoid confusion we make sure all our customers have to tick a checkbox before paying for products, this box asks if you understand the terms & conditions along with the delivery times. You placed order 4167 on Thursday February 13, 2020 at 1:10 pm after the stated 12 o'clock cutoff via £2.99 standard shipping. Delivery times (https://purephyto.co.uk/pages/delivery-returns-policy) clearly state standard deliveries have a 1-3 day dispatch window and 1-5 day delivery time (according to royal mail - not us), your order was placed after 12pm meaning the first working day for dispatch would have been Friday 14th February, the order however was dispatched on the same day meaning we have performed over and above what you had agreed with us in contract. The delivery for this item is royal mail second class which we also subsidise in cost offering the customer a flat fee of £2.99, it costs us £3.40. This 1 star complaint was written after 2 days. According to our dispatch and delivery times which are clearly stated before anybody decides to make an order we had up until the following Tuesday to fulfil our shipping policy, it was however fulfilled last week.
We cannot be held responsible for customer complaints about dispatch times if they do not read the terms and conditions before hand, your order was dispatched well within the time we usually charge special delivery on which costs £7.10.

Fantastic product my cat loves it
Fantastic product, my cat loves this, within 15 mins my cat starts to calm down and relaxes for hours. I give half a pump am and half a pump pm and my cat is not fussed on the taste as its salmon oil. Thank you will buy again when finished but hold on! 1 pump a day gives 375 pumps!!! Fantastic!
Originally brought my cat for stress and anxiety because of a house move and 2 year old giving him no space causing him to over groom and get alopecia. It's working

CBD Peppermint Cream
I’ve been using the CBD Peppermint cream and it has definitely helped my Swelling at the knee and has definitely reduced the pain. Been skeptic before but once I‘ve seen the benefits of recusing pain and quick recovery. will definitely recommend this to anyone and try for yourself.
