Incredible customer service when my parcel went missing - so quick to respond and investigate and they have resent my coffee after Royal Mail put it in the “ safe space “ of the bottom of my neighbours bin ! If the coffee is half as good as the customer service we are in for a treat ! Thank you x

I've been buying coffee from Pure Roasters for a few years now, both for myself and for the communal kitchen of our company of 25 people. Every person in the office loves the cofee (Patter Watter is the dominant choice), far superior to anything you can get from the supermarket, and very fairly priced. For my part, the customer service and communication is a joy as well. 5/5, cannot recommend highly enough.
