2 years ago when I put my first order in was told it would be delivered to my door ,was happy to hear because it was winter didn’t want it sitting in my mailbox.after sometime as passed I had not received my order yet so I phoned spectrum customer service to inquire on my order,that’s when they informed me my order was sent a week ago . I told I hadn’t received it after talking through it I discovered that it was mailed to my mailbox with no notification by email or phone call from spectrum.I went to my mail box to retrieve my order only to find it frozen and broken.Phoned spectrum customer service again explained what had happened. They told me it was Canada post fault and notified them to discuss the matter,was told that it was spectrum who are to notify me because spectrum does not include in their delivery service.called spectrum back again to discuss what Canada post said that’s when they apologized and replaced my frozen broken bottles and yes this time I received an email notification on delivery.Fast forward to today I notified spectrum to deliver to Canada post outlet at shoppers drug mart got a call from them telling me that they have changed their policy and I would have 2 choices for delivery now first being deliver to address as before or pay extra for third party delivery at my cost,I explained I’m having financial difficulties to even order my Canibis already now never mind adding additional charges all they said was sorry policy change.This company is not into helping the sick but rather profiting off the weak who require this medication to live some what a pain free life .I do not recommend this company. I have recently started my process to move my business to another supplier.
Update. Received a call from (Shawn) a customer representative I explained to him my later discussion with all parties involved.He had the never to tell me I miss understood……and argued with me ! Money hungry company but that’s just my opinion.
I’d give negative stars if I could. First time order. Never again. Their return policy is ridiculous. You can only return if you haven’t used the product??? That tells me they do NOT stand behind the garbage they are selling. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission. Save your money. Run. SCAMMERS

Been using their products for quite awhile now, years. Recently our old dog started limping and eventually wouldn’t put weight on his back right leg. After my wife went to the vet and was given some pain killers I decided to try the pet cbd for him. His pain is gone and he’s running around again. Guy is 15 years old!!! Started using the pet CBD for our husky as well as a preemptive.
It was easy to order. My order arrived quickly, it was correct and I received a nice unexpected gift with my order. I love the products!
I love these products so much! I always get emails about deals and sales! These products help me with sleep, anxiety, relaxation, and muscle soreness after workouts! A couple of times I was given free products which was great because I was able to try the product and figure out if it works for me before buying it! Their online store is easy to navigate, but if your checking out and your card does not go through you lose the coupon. You can get it back but it’s a little complicated the first time or two it happened. Overall great products and great experience.

Was about out of my older dogs cbd’s and wanted to order tried all weekend and left messages and never got a reply and called and never got called back over the weekend was 25 dollars of but every time I tried it would freeze at the im not a robot so just finally got to order last night and I have never had a bad experience on ur site before
