I know Will for years, knows my circumstances which for any other agency would have been a no no, all other agencies just showed me the door, can not help you but not Will. He always fought for me, searched and asked continuously always giving my real picture to employers. I have never used a recruiter to assist with finding a job, but after Purovets and Megan I’d recommend it to everyone! Will was great - he listened to what I was looking for, matched my requirements to suitable roles and vice versa. I had particular requirements and unlike other agencies he didn't just send a list of roles but actively worked to mould roles to what I was after - I get the impression he is very much respected and trusted by both employers and potential employees.
