Wrong delivery date sent to me.

A date for delivery was sent to me but the item did not arrive on that date, I received it later. I rang in on two different occasions but I was informed that there was nothing that could be done about when I would receive delivery. On the day it was delivered I was informed that all that could be seen was that it was out for delivery which is what I was sent on the initial date when it should have been delivered.

Good product, fast delivery

Good product, good price, delivered quickly. It was a planner mounted to go on the wall and it was a bit damaged in the top right corner but doesn’t impact the item. I would order from them again.

Fast efficient service

Fast efficient service - next day delivery.
However, the parcel arrived damaged and the item which was a diary was dented and torn at the sides - which was disappointing. That said, they quickly sent me a new one. I just wish the packaging was stronger and padded to prevent this type of damage happening.

Avoid this company - plenty of other suppliers out there

Having introduced this company to previous clients, I felt comfortable doing so again. Wow what a mistake. They lost my order, but did not forget to take my money.
Then then followed up and told me my order had been delivered - alas it had not, I have extensive cctv and could co firm the courier company UPS had apparently given incorrect I formation. Purple Panda refused to refund me until their 3rd party courier could investigate. It was not until I was about to take legal recourse did they say they would refund me. It's 5 days past and it has not reached my bank account but I expect it soon. If not, keep your eye for a judgement against they.
Their stupid handling of this order has cost them thousands of euros worth of lost business.
It's how you deal with problems that you are measured by not that there has been a problem.

Would give zero if possible

Would give zero if possible. Ordered two items, both delivered broken. Emailed them, they organised collection of damaged items and sent new one. New items delivered damed again. I asked for a money back. I was told they will collect damaged items again in 2-3 days and then I will get money back. I'm waiting over two weeks already, still not collected. Keep sending emails. 6 weeks after ordering I still have no monet back or items I paid for.

Waited 10 days for order

Waited 10 days for order , was told by tracking link that order was delivered but never arrived. After emailing twice through chat on your website eventually got a message the next day to say the item has been discontinued and a replacement will be ordered for us. No information about the replacement product or how long it will take for delivery to school and school is on summer holidays from tomorrow . Very poor customer service and this is the second time we have had to chase up missing delivery in as many orders. We will be taking our buisness elsewhere in future and will not accept the replacement product if it does not suit . Unbelievable .
