A company that doesnt manage its own stock

Ordered items that was in stock , Order was processed and paid for. After not hearing about a delivery date and a couple of calls we made , we found that the items where not in stock and would not be available for us .

Quick dispatch with good communication. If only they didn't use UPS (who as usual mess things up) it would have arrived a day sooner.

First rate customer service

Just placed my first order with Purple Panda. I had to call to check something and the customer care was outstanding. Jenny and Emma could not have been more helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again.

Missing items

Only 1 of the 2 items ordered was delivered despite being charged for both items. No notification as to why the item was not included. Had to make a phone call to find out what has gone wrong and am still awaiting an update. Not a very good impression for a new customer to experience.

Incorrect Product and customer service is shocking

I bought a home filing system and the files did not fit into the filing box. I contacted Purple Panda and they were not able to help me with changing the items so they are not useable. When asked for a refund I'm told the box is not refundable. This is absolutely shocking service!

The non refundable sign is very small so extremely difficult to see and nothing flags. On the invoice nothing show that the item is non refundable. This is very sneaky and not clear enough.

Found the chat support very unhelpful even when asked to escalate to a manager. Was cut off and was told a manager would contact me after lunch but to date nothing happened.

Still awaiting a refund on other products. Will never recommend or use this company ever!!
