I ordered on Feb. 22 and it is still saying awaiting fulfillment. It is March 1. This is the only time I have been contacted about my $111 order, asking for a review.

While we strive to provide the highest levels of customer support sometimes those efforts fall short. Unfortunately, especially when you are ordering clearance or discontinued items around the holiday season they sometimes sell quicker than the inventory can be updated on the website and other market places. That is what happened in your case. We offered one of the other cat designs we had or a full refund. We reached out a number of times and could not get a response so we ended up canceling the order. Again we are sorry for the trouble, but hopefully you can understand the circumstances. Have a blessed holiday season.

Incredible response to a return
Our shipment arrived quickly but unfortunately was too large. When I called to return I was treated with incredible courtesy. We ordered a smaller size. If they take this kind of care of their customers they are definitely worth doing repeat business with. The item we received was very nice just a little large

I love the shirt only one complaint and this very well have been my fault I wanted the print to be on the back and it was on the front. otherwise I love the shirt and think my granddaughter will too.
