My experience with P-T was good because…
My experience with P-T was good because though there was a problem, it was responded to quickly and settled to my satisfaction. The big disappointment was that an item I very much wanted was shown and I ordered it, only to receive a similar but different item. The item received was not acceptable, and besides the let-down of not getting what I wanted, there was a great deal of my time spent on this. I felt that if the item turned out not to be available as ordered, you should have contacted me about any replacement, not just sent a different item.

Thanks for the business and taking time to leave feedback. Unfortunately the manufacturer had changed the design on the mat you ordered without letting us know and since the design was similar we did not catch it. We are sorry for the inconvenience. While it was not exactly what you wanted we do hope you enjoy the items we sent and the refund you were given. As promised we are on the lookout for the one you were looking for. Thanks again.

This will work. When it said 3D I thought it was the whole dog holding up the frame but it's only the head and feet. It will work fine for my purpose.
