Ordered a multiple products from them. Only have the order came. I tried calling, texting, and emailing. All you get is an AI automated service that says someone will contact you. They never do.contact you. Not too mention if you disppute the charges with the credit card company, the deny you from buying again. Horrible customer service. Its not bad as long as things go right. But they are happy to steal money from you. Seems to be a common stoty with them.

When I received my order from UPS, my package came damaged and so did one of my items. When I reached out to the company and provided the details of what happened along with some photos, I received a quick response along with apologies for what happened. I do not blame the company for UPS's mishandling of packages, but I did provide some feedback on securing the products to protect from the mishandling from UPS in the future. Their customer service, was kind and welcoming to my feedback and promised to send me out a new product to replace the one that got damaged. I received my replacement product, in perfect condition.
