I had some problems with a kit …
I had some problems with a kit I had from them. I sent some emails for their help to solve it, and they kindly responded. But it was my own fault as I had ordered the wrong kit from the wrong company, but the lady still helped me sort it out and solved my problems. After her action today, I will make them my first port of call in the future.

Brilliant service. Came on time. Product was perfect. Then my son dropped it and you guys agreed to replace it. That went well as you also sent me a return sticker. New product came and was perfect. I will be buying from you a lot more. Ps. Julia looked after me. She was awesome.

No Returns, No Refund, Item looked like second-hand or B-stock
I ordered The Swinging Sticks from Puzzloria. The item arrived in a condition as if it came directly from a second-hand shop or a B-stock warehouse – with scratches all over and clear signs of prior use.
According to the product description, the sticks should be noise-free. In reality, they make a constant ticking sound, similar to a pendulum clock.
A return was only offered if I paid the return shipping costs to Paris myself. As an alternative, a 50% discount was proposed, which I declined.
I then opened a PayPal dispute. After about two weeks, Puzzloria informed me in writing that a full refund would be processed and asked me to close the PayPal case. I did so.
More than 6 weeks later, no refund has been received.
Since the PayPal case is closed, there is no further support there – the refund depends entirely on the seller, who is not responding.
I am a customer based in Germany.
Conclusion: Very untrustworthy seller. Not recommended. Finger off this website

I've heard from Puzzloria from 9gag and later on got warned by mods that the products have a cheap quality.
Wasn't sure so I've ordered it anyways, turned out they were right, product broke within few hours! save your money!

Wow I got three wooden flowers and a bouquet for my kids, and m beyond impressed. The whole experience was amazing. The pieces were easy to put together, the instructions were clear, and they even included extra parts. Watching my kids build each piece was such a joy. Absolutely love it!!!

The replacement process was seamless, and I received the item even sooner than expected. However, better communication on shipping status would be appreciated, as I had to request a tracking number instead of receiving it automatically. Overall, a great company.
