I requested for masked Aadhaar PVC card. I paid and I gave them full address. First time the card was returned because these people did not print the complete address.
Second time, they repeated the same thing. The parcel was returned Again.
Even after confirming the address on WhatsApp, they make silly mistakes. I don’t know how someone can make a same mistake repeatedly.
Unprofessional and uneducated staff.

Réponse de PVC Card Printing
Dear Shailja Bhatnaagar,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and understand your frustration regarding the repeated delivery issues with your Masked Aadhaar PVC card order.
You’re right to expect accuracy, especially after confirming the address on WhatsApp. While there was a technical issue in our envelope printing system during the first attempt, we ensured that the correct address was manually printed the second time as per your confirmation.
We’re happy to confirm that your order was successfully dispatched via India Post with tracking number RM419394835IN.
We truly regret the experience you had and are taking steps to improve our process to avoid such errors in the future. Your feedback is important, and we’re committed to serving you better.
Warm regards,
Team PVC Card Printing

Dear Gopinath,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with order ID 122372.
We understand that you intended to print APAAR ID on the front side and PAN card on the back side of a single PVC card. However, please note that our service policy does not support printing two different document types on the same card, as this can lead to misuse, confusion, and formatting issues. Our team prints based strictly on our defined product categories and customer-uploaded files to maintain accuracy and compliance.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact our customer support team at 9284608837 if you'd like to print each document separately. We're here to help ensure your needs are met within our service guidelines.
Warm regards,
Team PVC Card Printing
