In 2006, the first branch of Pymm & Co was opened by local estate agent and current Managing Director, Steve Pymm. Steve had been working as an estate agent in Norfolk since 1996, holding key positions and heading a chain of offices and a franchise. In 2007, Pymm & Co’s sister company, Broadland Consultants was formed with fellow director, Simon Gilvey, to provide financial services with the same values. In 2008, Pymm & Co further expanded their range of services by establishing a Lettings division, headed by director Stuart Monument. House Sale
Leon and his team have communicated really well between us, the purchaser and legal parties which has made the sale of the property go smoothly and reduced levels of stress associated with the process. Excellent experience buying a property sold by Pymm & Co, Leon Ramsden was brilliant and kept me super up to date on where the sale was and was instrumental in progressing it so we were able to complete very promptly! I have had my time wasted by Becca Ogle who appears no to know what she is talking about regarding Business insurance cover. I was told by her my insurance was 'Perfect" then apparently not.... Even though we work with Norfolk county council and Essex university with it....

Our duty of care is to both our landlords and tenants, and part of that responsibility is ensuring that any contractor we instruct is adequately insured.
While we do not claim to be insurance experts, if we are not satisfied with the liability insurance presented to us, we will not instruct that contractor to carry out work on our behalf. This approach is taken to protect all parties involved.
We find it unprofessional that a review has been left with the intention of discouraging potential customers from using our services. If anything, this situation highlights the care and due diligence we take in safeguarding our landlords and tenants.
