I have recently rented a property using Pymm and Co and I must say the whole process from start to finish with flawless. I dealt with Tia throughout this process and she could not have been more helpful.

we went to view the house, asked for a application form. never got given one or emailed one. emailed later that night asking to go through with tenancy, called in the morning said they’d send it over and then it’s now gone.

I have just completed a renovation of my property prior to a new letting. Pymm & Co Ltd staff are excellent at finding and recommending contractors to complete the necessary works. As an overseas landlord I really appreciate how helpful all their staff are from director, property managers, surveyors and accounting. They all act promptly and correspond efficiently. Melanie was amazing! The landlord on the original house that I was letting changed his mind last minute leaving me without accommodation.
