Pyramid Credit Repair Avis 

My agent was Jason. He was very professional and gave me honest opinions about my credit scores and tips to improve my credit score. Not like other site, you don’t have to pay before you get to talk to agent. If not nessesary to use their repair program, they will tell you that. No false promises. I am very happy with his knowledgeble and professional services.

Jason was great although I wasn’t accepted into the program he was very helpful.

I have worked with at least three credit repair companies in the past. So, needless to say when I came across Pyramid Credit Repair in my Google search, I was skeptical.

My initial screening with Mike Gold went very smoothly and he got me set up with my documents and my consultation appointment with my team member Jason Armstrong. Jason was so patient and explained each and every detail of what was about to happen. Fromm the statistical analysis, to payments, to an estimate of how long the process would take.

I truly appreciate the regular updates on where were in the process, and what I should expect next. I never received the type of one on one interaction with any of my previous firms.

I have only been with the company about three months, but I have seen consistent changes. Not giant leaps, but I am pleased with where my credit is heading.

I plan on recommending Pyramid and Jason Armstrong to any of my friends and colleagues that are in need of help with their credit. The customer service is excellent and the cost is very reasonable for the services that are provided.

Excellent first initial assessment. Account Manager was very helpful and allowed a better understanding for the next steps to go through. He recommended that I should not go through Credit Repair at the time due to first completing rehabilitation program for student loans.

James took some time and thoroughly reviewed my case even though he ultimately didn't feel that I would benefit from Pyramids service. I thought that was quite understanding that he cared so much about my personal situation even though his company would not personally benefit moving forward!

I contacted a couple of companies to review how to improve my credit scores after having some issues some time back.I didnt see that I had any directly adverse stuff to be dealt with, maybe it was just still residual from my bad period. I was told by other companies that it was a long process and I needed all of these services which of course cost a lot of money on a monthly basis.When Jason from Pyramid interviewed me he said it was not worth spending the money as it was just a matter of time for my scores to creep back up. He did give me a couple of pointers that I could do myself to be sure that everything moved in a positive way. I truly appreciated his honesty and direction.

Customer service and the consultation with a personal account rep was very good. My case/concern wasn't as bad as I thought but I will consider using them in the future.

They offered me excellent advice and tips for helping me turn around my credit status. What I also appreciated is that they evaluate your credit report and let you know if they are able to help you. In some instances the corrective action that needs to be taken, no one else can do for you - you have to do yourself. Which was the case for me, determined after the complimentary credit report review over the phone. I appreciated that they were honest, offered advice for what I should do (some things I never thought would impact my credit score - very helpful!), and that was it. They didn't just sign me up for service and take my money anyway. This is a very trustworthy company, and I will recommend them to everyone who might need an evaluation of their credit report. Outstanding service from start to finish!
