Scammers with no customer support
They refuse to reply on any e-mails and all ways you try to contact them after they've recieved your money.
Order to Sweden that couldn't be picked up at post office because pyrokingshop staff puts fake name as recipient. Seems to happen to more people that orders to nordic countries.
I was left without refund, and no products or package because BRING automatically sends back parcel to sender when it's fake names and no recipients.
TCE Worldwide Services couldn't even help me, nor BRING. Pyrokingshop at fault they said and required a new shipping label.

We have carefully reviewed your order and the shipping details. No fake name was added by our team. The parcel was shipped using the recipient name entered by you in your customer account when the order was placed.
We understand that this situation is frustrating, but once the parcel was correctly prepared and handed over to the courier, the delivery process was no longer under our direct control. This was also stated in the terms and conditions accepted when the order was placed.
Our team did not intentionally provide incorrect information, and the parcel was dispatched exactly according to the details submitted with the order.
Very good
Very good products and tried some and everything worked, and good packaging. The only negative thing was that I didn’t get much information but at the end I got my package. If you wanna buy and if your from Sweden i definitely recommend.
If u see 1 star reviews some of them are not real because if u check the profile, they have only put 1 star reviews on multiple websites

Thank you so much for your honest and detailed review! We’re really happy to hear that you were pleased with the products, the packaging, and that everything worked as expected.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of updates during delivery. We understand how important it is to know what is happening with your parcel, especially with an international shipment, and we’ll work on improving communication in this area.
Thank you for your trust, your recommendation to other customers from Sweden, and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to see you again soon!
The seller communicated with me only…
The seller communicated with me only until I made the purchase, and afterward they stopped responding completely. They no longer reply to emails or to their Instagram account. More than a week has passed with no updates on the shipment on their website. I also found a Google review stating that this seller is a scammer who does not send the purchased goods

Scandinavians AVOID this company at all…
Scandinavians AVOID this company at all costs. They scammed me on products and money. They send parcels to fake name recipient so package can't be picked up or be identified by the buyer or receiver. So the weighted parcel get sent back to company. During all this time they ignore every form of contact you make. Fake phone and fake social media.
Buy from someone else!

We’re sorry that you feel this way, but we would like to clarify that we are a legitimate business and that orders are dispatched to our customers every day.
We cannot identify your order based only on this review. Please send us your order number so we can verify its exact status. International tracking does not always update immediately, particularly while the parcel is moving between countries or courier networks, and a lack of updates for several days does not mean that the order was not shipped.
Regarding the Google review you mentioned, an allegation posted online does not automatically reflect the actual status of your order. We would prefer to investigate your specific case and provide a clear answer based on the shipping records.
Please contact us again with your order number and mention this review, and we will check the situation.

Thank you for your review! The products were showing as unavailable because our store is seasonal and was already closed for the winter period. We usually stop accepting orders earlier in the year, while November and December are part of our closed season.
We’re glad you like our website, and we hope to welcome you back when the store reopens!
