I purchased 2 pairs of hair straighteners from the Trafford centre for me and my aunty. We are both not impressed with hair straighteners and my ceramic flat is cracked & they don’t not heat up or style our hair. Contacted customer service to be advised to return to Manchester however this is a 150 mile round trip . I was then informed I could return for a fee of £19.99 it’s an absolute joke. Still waiting for a response. I would recommend not to purchase

Was coming out of H&M and Duaa approached me asking to do my hair, I politely declined and she asked again nicely as my hair was long and thic so I agreed I had time to spare and she was lovely about it. After she did the first curl I was SOLD , it is so easy to mange which I find a struggle with my hair. Start to finish the process was amazing, the price was slashed as they had a EID offer on + Unidays! I even got a card to have my hair done 5 times free of charge! Got a few extras given in my bundle, Zoya finished my hair off and she was chatty which I liked , the whole team made me feel comfortable the full time, talked me through everything + demonstrated it for me. So happy with their service and the product itself! Thank you guys

I bought both the straighteners and curling wand at trafford centre and the straighteners have broke after 1 use. Looking at their website there is no refund policy

Visited The Trafford Centre store. Adam was so so helpful. Exchanged a faulty item for us very swiftly and curled our hair before we left. We love the straighteners and curlers.

If 0 stars was an option I would select that, never ever ever buy from this brand. I was sold a curling wand today in the Trafford Centre after I got it home the plug is not even the right size to fit into the socket! I have tried to access the customer service emails all of which do not work. Please do not respond to this review either an email address because that probabaly won’t work either! I was promised a 5 year warranty but I just want my money back. It is really upsetting that the Trafford Centre allow this service in the centre.

Tina was so welcoming and friendly at the Trafford centre stall, she had so much knowledge and was able to answer every question I asked regarding the curling product. I will definitely be back to have her styling my hair for occassions!! Lovely experience, thanks Tina!

It stopped working within 6 months.

When trying to get the issue resolved, they have ignored my emails.

Visited one of your concession stands within the Trafford centre, was served by a lady called Alina who curled my little girls hair beautifully and then continued on to sell us two pair of straighteners. Alina was absolutely lovely and so helpful from start to finish, she is an asset to your company and she is the reason we ended up going back to purchase.
