WARNING: Confiscated over 28,000 USDT in direct deposits after false accusations
I am writing this review to publicly warn players about Qbet's practices regarding account closures and fund confiscations.
Following an unsubstantiated accusation under Rule 2.13 (alleging "group betting/collusion", which I completely reject as all bets were placed solely by myself), Qbet officially stated via email: "your initial deposit balance remains available on your account."
However, their actual math resulted in the direct confiscation of my own deposited funds, not just winnings.
The factual breakdown of my account transactions:
Total Deposits: ~55,000 USDT (fully verified on the blockchain)
Total Withdrawals: 20,000 USDT
Net Deposited Capital remaining: ~35,000 USDT
Current Account Balance: 4,085.40 USDT
This means Qbet has confiscated roughly 28,476 USDT of my actual deposited capital, directly violating their own written confirmation that initial deposits would remain accessible.
Withholding players' own principal deposits under blanket terms without providing proof is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate management review and the full release of my remaining net deposits (approx. 30,914 USDT).
If this is not resolved promptly, this matter will be escalated to your licensing authority (Tobique Gaming Commission) as well as public dispute resolution platforms (SBR, CasinoGuru, and relevant betting arbitration bodies).
