New transformer for I bought a fabulous set of connectable…
I bought a fabulous set of connectable icicle lights arnd 5 Yr ago and this Yr the transformer and 2way splitter didn't work. Called qbis up 3 days ago and they were great at going to find the parts I required. A lot was done via WhatsApp now which I liked 👍
My transformer etc has worked and my lights look as magical now as they did when I purchased them. By far the best set of lights I've ever purchased.
Obviously a great family business who couldn't be more helpful.

Amazing Family Business - The Best Customer Service!
An absolutely amazing company, from whom I will always purchase any special lighting - I have purchased several Qbis products over time and they have all been perfect (the sunset variety are just so gorgeous, particularly if you're a lover of warm colours as opposed to cold!).
Their customer service is second to none too, Linda is an absolute joy to liaise with!
I would strongly recommend Qbis to anyone who is looking to purchase products of this style.

Fabulous product, Fabulous customer service

Beautiful micro lights
Beautiful lights, with remote control, but unfortunately they were flickering slightly. I contacted Qbis and explained the problem. I was sent a new set, which are perfect. Great customer service, and lovely lights. I will definitely buy from them again.

Fabulous Company, Exceptional Products & Service.
What a fabulous company who I discovered anfter making my initial order are right on my doorstep and took extraordinary care, delivering my goods by hand. When, loving the product I bought, I purchased 2 more sets of lights I received the exact same, speedy, caring & personal service. The best shopping experience I’ve enjoyed in a long while. Each time I bought beautiful red/orange/yellow battery operated lights. The unusual colour mix is warm & bright. The timer function that I wanted when looking for lights is such a help taking away the faff. I know I’ll be shopping again . Do yourself a favour and look at their goods. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful
Absolutely beautiful, bright orange, red and yellow fairy lights - I’ve wrapped them round my Autumn garland on the fireplace. They’re exactly the right length and perfect number of bulbs (40).
Might use them again at Christmas.
