My order has taken over a month. On top of that I was charged an extra 30 dollars for something. I have no idea what. Never will I shop with them again.

I would've given 0 stars if possible or even less. I really wish I would've looked up reviews like I normally do, but for whatever reason, I didn't.
It's a subscription scam, just like all the other reviews state. I never knowingly signed up for a subscription, I just purchased the mat and the ball for my husband. We didn't realise it charged monthly because I had to pay with his credit card, so his credit card was charged monthly. I never got an email confirming that I made this subscription, it's not stated in my order or my account and over the phone you don't even find where to cancel it, only over the computer. Cancellation is only possible via email, which they never replied to. I immediately wrote an email to cancel, never got a reply from them, so I am pretty sure they did not cancel the subscription I never made. Have to cancel the credit card now. And lost about 80€.
So, please, do not ever buy anything from this company. It's fraudulent and a big scam.
I would give Q Bounce a minus 5 stars if I could. This company is a scam- fraudulent and deceptive. Q Bounce sneakily sign you up to their VIP program which is $29.99USD a month, yet have not once sent an email with a receipt for the monthly deductions. Why when buying a basketball should someone be automatically subscribed to a monthly VIP payment?
Their customer service is atrocious and continue to send automatic/default emails.
Fraudulent and deceptive. Order was not shipped for 3 weeks, I cancelled the order via their website contact page and they confirmed cancel and refund. Days later they SHIPPED the products. Via email I explained I had already cancelled the items and they confirmed cancellation and refund. Their response was "can't cancel after its shipped", "will refund once they receive unopened, unused, undamaged items shipped back", and "won't pay return shipping costs". Its over 2 months and the items STILL HAVEN'T ARRIVED! Despicable!
Go to the BBB website and check out the 101 1-star reviews and 237 COMPLAINTS about this company, 'Quiet Bounce' located in Houston Texas.
I placed an order in February, hoping to use it with my son for basketball season. It's now the 31st of March and I still do not have my order. Customer service is a joke, along with the tracking website they provide. Tracking has said the same update since March 8th. My package is in China somewhere and the company can provide no further information other than that. BEWARE when ordering if you need it right now I would highly suggest going with a different company. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS PEOPLE ARE PISSED FOR A REASON!! Unfortunately, they won't cancel my order and basketball season so I'm even more frustrated.
This company runs a subscription scam by hiding the sign up for the subscription on the sign out screen that is pre-toggled on. On top of awful customer service, and not positing negative reviews submitted to their website, it seems they delay the charge for the bogie subscription a couple of months in order to sneak it through without notice. I can’t imagine how many thousands of unsuspecting customers have paid the fee without noticing.
Super sketchy company. Still don’t have my ball after over a month and according to my tracker…it’s still in Peru somewhere. The worst (as others have said) is the surprise monthly training subscription discovered on my credit card. I have no recollection of opting into or asking for that. They did reimburse the sketchy mystery subscription…but still waiting for my ball well past when it was needed as a gift for my son with my request for a full refund refused. Update: 2 months- still no ball. No activity on my tracking number for over a month. No attempts to make it right.
I was unaware that I opted into the subscription of $29.99 for the app when I purchased the basketball. Very shady of the company - so frustrated with them!!

Would give it 0 if I could. Purchased a basketball in Nov 25 and was unknowingly signed up to a recurring monthly paid subscription without my knowledge or consent. Canceling was extremely difficult and am still awaiting a refund (although I won’t beholding my breathe). Avoid at all costs.
I wish I had found these reviews before ordering from Qbounce. The product was ordered 12/6/23 as a Christmas gift that should have been delivered 12/26 at the absolute outside last day. I had to wrap a picture to gift my nephew. By the final day I should have received the ball I didn't even have shipping info yet. I reached out multiple times and finally asked for them to cover the cost for me to mail the gift after it finally arrived (1/10/24). No response. Their phone number doesn't work. WORST service since modern technology was invented.
Would have given no stars if possible.. Ordered, never recieved.. Emailed 3 times wirh no reply.. Had to dispute charges with my credit card company.
