Based in Northallerton (North Yorkshire) a local Yorkshire family run business established since 2013, an independent electronics retail and repairer, we are passionate about what we do behind our company is a wealth of knowledge from all levels of our staff, from top level down to our warehouse staff, each and every staff member can help and support our customers, from pre-order to aftercare support. We are here, when ever you need us. The business started from a small home-based business, with the need for recycling at the heart of the company, we focus a lot of time into putting products back into use, the majority of our refurbished ranges come into us without a problem, but are thrown out, to keep up with the times. 85% of electronic waste is sent to landfills around the world every year. Over the past few years, the business has developed into a constantly growing and expending developing business, in 2020 we introduced a showroom for our customers, to use test and see products before they buy, we also serve our local community with repairs, upgrades and teaching users how to use technology alongside the sales, our customers’ needs at the centre of our business. It’s simple, we give our customers what they want, when they want it. In 2022 we introduced a whole new standard of products adding lines of 4000 brand new products to our website with next day delivery, this was a huge move and big step in our progress towards our end goal of being a one stop store for all your computer needs. We understand how much our local community supports our business, by using our services, every year we give back, by donating to local charities, support local football clubs and donate technology to those who may not be able to afford the higher priced brand-new technology. Great repair on my Mac
Andy and the team did a great job with my laptop. My battery and keyboard needed replacing and as it's a Mac it was quite tricky. They gave me an explanation of what was involved, kept me updated the whole time, and did a really good job (typing on the new keyboard right now and it's better then the one that came with it new). They also have a great range of refurbished laptops that were fun to browse! Would happily recommend this company to anyone who needed repairs or a new laptop.
