Pleasantly surprised. Qnix refunded the full amount quickly, without quibble and not requiring the watch to be returned. I’m still not using it though for the reasons mentioned in my previous review.

Pleasantly surprised

Pleasantly surprised. Qnix refunded the full amount quickly, without quibble and not requiring the watch to be returned. I’m still not using it though for the reasons mentioned in my previous review.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

My advice is to avoid this at all costs. The sales patter is wonderful, the only trouble is that the watch just doesn’t do it. I received this as a birthday gift 10 days ago. I have finally given up, it’s an absolute joke. The blood pressure readings are ridiculous, everyone is normal, no matter what you’re doing. The watch keeps disconnecting, it fails to register half your steps. When you select a “sport’, it “freezes” after about 2-3 minutes. I did a Power walk the other day, took 50 minutes and involved about 9000 steps. When I had finished it recorded 130 steps and 16 calories! It is not waterproof so swimming is not an available sport option. If you sit down for any length of time during the day, for example to read a book, it records that as a “NAP” and adds it to your sleep total. The actual sleep readings are ridiculously inaccurate. In fact I would go so far as to say that the only thing that is accurate on this watch is the time. As for trying to contact the customer service, forget that, they aren’t interested. No responses whatsoever.

Fraudulent company

The on-line reviw was impressive and placed an order. Not able to add a preferred delivery address and they charged more than the promotion price. The review/comparrison site also tried to extract a further £25.00 (connected to Qnix) but my bank recognied this as a fraudulent transaction. I tried to cancel but their auto cancel within 30minutes failed to work. Contacted on-line help quiting order ID # to insist on refund, and was assured it would not be despatched. All lies - I now have the item as a gift, but a fraudulent organisation

Purchassed a watch in April

Purchassed a watch in April, started cycling on and off in August, can`t seem to get any online assistance unless i pay about $70 a month. Not happy with the quality or the after sale service

a Qnix smart watch difficulty

I found it very complicated to contact the staff regarding my purchase of a Qnix smart watch, which I wanted to return. Finally I received most of my payment back, and a note that I would not need to return the product.

Bought the watch together with the…

Bought the watch together with the supposed 1 year warranty...Jan 23, June 19th screen developed a black spot and corrupted lines running down the screen.
Sent 8 emails of complaint so far, no reply. Contacted PayPal, they said tough it's more than 30 days old.

Qnix watch

Bought a watch before Christmas. It started running slow and although I got through once to customer care, I have not been able to get any response in relation to the problem and no support upon emailing and no response from phone calls. Do not buy.

This watch is rubbish

This watch is rubbish, do not buy. Have had for 4 months. It has to have a factory reset every few days to work. Charging is hit and miss. I get no response to my feedback. This watch is not worth the money!

Piece of garbage

Piece of garbage, worked for about a week and then would not receive data for sleep or heart rate. Customer service is non- existent. Don’t buy!

Runmefit app not synchronizing with QNix watch.

I can't tell you about the accuracy of the watch BUT!! When daylight saving changed back 1hr New Zealand time the runmefit app never synchronized with the watch meaning the app was a day behind the watchs measurements not 1 hr totally confusing. Tried all the trouble shooting the runmefit app provided to no avail watch is now useless QNix not helpful don't buy. this watch.

I liked the long battery charge claimed…

I liked the long battery charge claimed on review sites. I also bought the screen protector which is a waste if time. I thought it was to protect the watch from water ingress but I must have misunderstood because all it does is sit on top of the screen. Honestly I don't scratch my watch screen, never did on my 3yr old watch so why would I do so now. That part is not value and is unnecessary. I can't believe I paid £15 for it
I am disappointedthat there isn't an option to
use it for measuring my swimming lengths. The sleep record could be improved to show time in hours as opposed to start and end time. I'm not sure of it's accuracy as I think it showed me asleep when I actually got up to use bathroom, maybe it'll improve over time.
So far the watch is showing 65% battery but that's after barely 24hrs from 1st 100% charge. I would consider this watch good value providing the battery lasts 3 days at least and the watch continues to function as expected in 6 months time.

The watch failed after only 10 days in…

The watch failed after only 10 days in that the screen controls stopped working. Ecom7 are the most difficult company to deal with and are fighting the request for a refund as they say the fault occurred more than 14 days after delivery. They do not know the UK laws !! Do not buy or use any QNIX products - they are useless.

I ordered the qnix watch and received…

I ordered the qnix watch and received it several days later.
Along with the package there was a card wallet supposedly with the screen protector separate from the package, unfortunately the protector was missing, only the screen cleaner was inside.
I am finding it difficult to find a contact with the company.

Qnix bin enteuscht!

Qnix eine Woche lang getestet. BPM Messung, Schrittzähler stimmen nicht. Schlafaufzeichnung misst beim Fernsehschauen schon Tiefschlaf. Auch wenn sie nicht viel kostet hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Non-existent customer service!

I only gave it one star because zero stars is not an option. The product wasn't what I needed and I contacted the returns department the day after my product arrived. I received an email giving me three options and I chose the third one (respond to the email to receive return instructions). There is only a 14 day window to return so I was expecting a response quickly but I have yet to receive the return instructions. I have emailed seven times in total and have tried calling but the call doesn't go through. They have basically stolen my money and I am stuck with a watch that I'll never use.

Duff

Pretty duff when tracking blood pressure, sleep patterns and any exercise other than steps when walking. Cycling for example is woefully under-recorded.

I only gave it one star as I couldn’t give it none.
I received the watch with no instructions, I can’t find any help on line and no way of contact acting the company. I got so pissed off with I smashed it up with a hammer. Just don’t waste your money.

Total waste of money

Total waste of money. Does not give accurate blood pressure readings. I bought this in Jan 2024 used it for a while till one day I checked with proper blood pressure monitors. Thank God I did. I am wearing a real monitor today and the watch. BP monitor is saying 143/93 which is consistent with the average Drs told me while the Smart watch has been consistently 113/65.
