buying a phone

To be honest and the beginning I was a little bit skeptical about ordering from Qonooz for the first time because of many comments I've read about, but then I make an order for a phone I was unable to find in any other website, but Qonooz having many models of it.
I make my order and I received it in the last estimated delivery day
I will order again from Qonooz for sure because also they are providing an after-sale prompt support which provide guide for me to install a specific software.
seems in a specfic period there was a problem with their website or in their staff and the response was weak but after that I am receiving a stable support over email. thank you

I have had nothing but excellent service from Qonooz twice my order arrived 1 day late and they automatically compensated me with 10 AED credit. Affordable prices & quality products , nothing has arrived damaged and Qonooz is 100 times better. I have ordered dozens of times and will continue to do so.

I have had positive experiences with…

I have had positive experiences with this website. I have purchased items from Qonooz about 5 times.
All items except one arrived in good working order, a smartwatch that did not work properly. After emailing Qonooz’s customer service department I received a refund for the malfunctioning watch.

They have made my experience horrible with shopping. I ordered 3 mijia juicer of xiaomi and they sent me three juicers of local quality and brand. I feel cheated. I paid cash on delivery. Update it’s been 12 days since my order and still not arrived while the site says 12th on delivery date and they have not said anything

they are irresponsible and unprofessional

Its really stressful doing shopping nowadays, but I must say after being a customer of Qonooz they just made it horrible and more unfaithful for me to trust on online shopping, its been 96 hours since i made an order, which needs to be delivered in 24 hour after making an order as per their confirmation and written before making the order, I have made an online transaction with them via using my debit card and the amount was 2681.64GBP + 73.00GBP Taxes Additionally. as the amount left from account after 24 hours, yet they send me an email after 48 hours of asking my personal information as in a shape of picture.
They required Information Such as.

Please send us an unedited photo taken by a camera or a phone of the following below:

Passport Copy of the cardholder
A Selfie Holding your Passport

Which i forwarded them without asking any further questions, now after sending them they stopped responding for a complete 1 day, after that they send an email saying, they have send an OTP for further security check on my number which i didn't received until i send them an email (telling them i didn't received any after 5 hours) I must say, they are worst at responding or prioritizing their customers i must say everyone never ever buy with or shop with them. you have to beg for getting your order even after paying your own money.
