QPuzzles Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned & operated Jigsaw Puzzle manufacturing company in Ashmore, on the Gold Coast, QLD. Our puzzle products are 100% entirely made here by us and not outsourced. We are proud to say that all components used in the manufacturing of our jigsaws, including puzzle boards, papers, tapes, packaging, inks, and glues, are all certified with one or more “Green, Eco, Earth, Forest friendly, Food Safe and Toy Safe” certifications. It is important to us to ensure that anyone handling our puzzles, especially children, is not handling carcinogenic or toxic materials that are regularly found in many other similar products. At QPuzzles, we treasure our company’s reputation for service, quality, and care. That’s why we offer a complete replacement warranty on all jigsaw puzzles we make. Should there be an issue such as a missing piece, manufacturing fault or some other quality issue with a puzzle, we gladly attend to correcting/replacing it as soon as the matter is brought to our attention. We are sure that you will have many hours of enjoyment completing your chosen puzzle, be it by yourself, with friends, family or loved ones. Amazing quality and Customer Service!
I purchased a puzzles from QPuzzles, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. I chose a custom portrait for my mother, and both have had exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and enjoyment.

94 year old birthday gift was a hit!
The personalised jigsaws made my 94 year old dad very happy. When I had concerns that the time it would take for the artwork and delivery to NZ might mean that it may not make is, the lady assured me that she would make sure they did. The arrived in perfect time. Will be purchasing more jigsaws for him.

All-Round Brilliance
Just wow! Right from the outset dealing with QPuzzles was fantastic. The ordering process was simple and easy, the service was next level (thank you particularly to Nicole and team for expediting production and delivery in time for Mothers Day) and the quality of the puzzles themselves was just amazing in all aspects - print, material and cut. The funky piece shapes were also a fun surprise which my wife particularly enjoyed.
You've definitely gained a long term customer!

Love the NW Fairy puzzles!
The Neilson World puzzle was just beautiful. The pieces fit together perfectly, so you know that you have the right one (no almost fits!!!!). Loved the sustainable postage and the padding to protect the box.
Website was straight forward - no dramas.
