Great customer experience
Ordered a work stool for my husband for father's day. Called customer service to make sure it was going to make it in time. Got Steve a sales guy who answered on his day off! He made sure I was in contact with the right team member, Audra, to track my shipment and they both made sure it was here in time for fathers day. Great teamwork!

The customer service experience received by the team at Q Source was phenomenal!! I placed an order for a non-stocking item that we needed pretty quickly. After I placed my order, I phoned and spoke with a very helpful gentleman who advised that I should have the item in hand within 3 business days. Two days later, I received an email from another Q Source team member who provided tracking and an ETA. I work in customer service as well, so this was quite refreshing to experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
