BEWARE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
If I could leave negative stars a thousand times over I would as the anger we feel has still not dissipated all these weeks later after this ordeal. Absolute scammers, BEWARE. They quoted us $620 for 3 hour+1 hour service move to have 3 movers and 20ft truck with disassembly/reassembly for a 2 bedroom apartment. We paid a $100 deposit. We prepared everything prior to their arrival and the bedrooms were mostly empty as we moved things to our home prior. All furniture was disassembled and wrapped, the boxes moved to the room closest to the front door. All they had to do was take the items down to the truck. They sent two 17 year old kids and a 19 year old, which is ILLEGAL as their policy states only 18 + to work for them. The younger kids were not interested in working from the beginning and were caught multiple times scrolling on their phones inside/near the truck and wasting time. We did most of the labor ourselves carrying boxes up/down the stairs to the truck. We called dispatch while the move was occurring to complain. They asked for proof which we provided, but they did nothing but apologize and make empty promises. They damaged the wall of our building during the move which we then had to repair. They then disappeared with the truck for 1 hour during transport even though the new house was only 18 minutes away. They charged us for that hour. They did not disassemble or reassemble anything at our new home. They took almost 6 hours to complete what should have taken at most 2 hours. They then charged us more than double what was estimated. We attempted multiple times during moving day and after to reach some sort of agreement regarding the excessive charges and lack of services as agreed but they just kept asking for more time and in the end did nothing. We have since disputed the claim with our bank and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and consumer agencies. Absolutely horrible company, unprofessional, with no ethical backbone.

Great experence with QST
Vitalii & Oleg did an amazing job with my 1-bedroom move across Chicago. They handled my items with care and worked extremely efficiently. They even helped me disassemble a few items I was having trouble with at my old place. They communicated well before and during the move. Read Before Using
We gave them four instructions, and had them repeat them back to us multiple times. When packing they insisted they understood & would remember.
None of the four instructions got done despite this. Two 100lbs+ items were left on the floor as such I cannot lift them.
Boxes were piled up infront of the sink so it was inaccessible.
An oil canister was left on it's side despite being marked as keep upright, and was leaking oil until we found it buried behind boxes.
The disconnect between packing & unpacking was stark - boxes were treated carefully when loaded, but seemingly tossed around when unloaded.
