Nothing but good experience from these guys quick service and customer service great

Ordered two lots of stuff off them and both arrived without issue, they took my money most efficiently. However, one part was faulty and needed returning. But the returns process is totally unhelpful, I had to send an email to them and this is all I had back "Please return the flight controller, would you like a refund instead then?". Thats it, no return address or RMA number, NOTHING!!! Personally I judge a company on how well it deals with customers when things go wrong, hence Quadcopters only get a two star.

First item ordered during december, it took over a month to get the item. Second time ordering a frame, it came in the wrong version. Not recommended.

The best quadcoptor/fpv store in the UK always extremely helpful I came to them recently asking if they had an inexpensive item in stock and they sent it free of charge. I'd recommend them to anyone

Ordered a 5" frame on Sunday, was dispatched Monday, and arrived Tuesday. No problems with the product, so good all round!

Placed my first ever order with these guys a couple days ago and it arrived the next day. After opening it I realised I'd ordered the wrong thing. I needed a GPS with compass but instead ordered a GPS without one. Anyway, I rarely bother exchanging/replacing things I've purchased online as it's usually a lot of hassle. However, in this case it was refreshingly different. Someone replied to my initial email after only 15 minutes and they were really helpful. It took about 2 days from first asking about getting an exchange to having the new GPS module in my hand. What I really appreciated though was the excellent communication, letting me know that they'd received my returned package and when the new one was back on the way to me, etc.
Long story short, I'd highly recommend this company. It's all to rare to find a place with such good customer service.

They're product knowledge is outstanding, very competitive prices, next day delivery, usually got the item by noon the next day, Ive spent more money through these guys than I'm proud to admit but they do go well above and beyond, I'll go out of my way to use this shop before going anywhere else, I'd highly recommend quadcopters.co.uk to anyone!
They didn't have a particular part in stock but they pulled some strings to get one to me before they were due to be restocked

Ordered quite a few things from them over the past couple of months as I've built a new freestyle quad copter. I've not had a single problem and would highly recommend!! They keep good stock and when they have run out they've been quick to resupply, Excellent shipping speeds in the UK and all have been delivered next day, all around a nice site to use. I've had zero problems and would definitely recommend to anyone in the UK looking to buy parts or full quads!

Always quick delivery. I can always trust this company to get my order into my hands without any issues. I do wish less things were out of stock though, and there was more variety, but maybe it's just how it is with the FPV market.

2nd quadcopter from Quadcopters and couldn't be happier. Purchased a TBS Oblivion from them the 1st time but went for a Chameleon Ti built by them this time. Very nice build with top quality components put together by the boys. All I had to do was bind through the crossfire and it was in the air. Relatively fast service considering they are built to order and good before and after service. Quad flies lime a dream. Makes it better due to Tom Smith and HPI Guy being actual quad pilots. Recommended.

Check others on here who had problems with an item.............they will do everything they can to not replace it and there attitude is shocking.
Never use again

My go to place for all things quadcopter related, super friendly guys who are always willing to help and if you have a problem with a component you bought from them they will replace it without any hassles at all.

Quadcopters is great. Always happy to help in anyway they can. Helped me get into the hobby when building my first racing drone to now. Always going the extra mile and giving great advice on products 😀 Keep up the good work guys.

Shopped with Quadcopters a few times now and every time they deliver fast and once when I needed advise on parts ordered they were very helpful on the phone.

I'm relatively new to drones and managed to cover my flight controller in solder and ruin it, DON'T USE LEAD FREE SOLDER!! After a quick chat on the phone I ordered a new one with a discount code along with some 60/40 solder and a day later I was ready to try again. BOOM! I'm back in the air free as a bird. Great company
