Had a wardrobe and draws from here last year and it’s the best piece of furniture i have ever purchased! So much so I’ve been back and brought a dresser recently! Highly recommend 👍🏻

We had purchased a Cotswold company larder cupboard. There was initially a confirmation text message and then no further communications. Having chased the owner several times (having sent several text messages with no response and called the mobile number on the site), we finally spoke with the owner, who shared it will take longer as it’s a ‘large item’. 3 weeks later we were then told the item was coming via a local courier they use. This then ‘failed’ to deliver - upon chasing being given the reason that it was ‘too large’. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we waited for the new slot, to then understand that it had failed to deliver again (with the second reason being the van broke down). I have tried calling and sent correspondence to Quality Furniture Clearance, who once again has screened calls and ignored my message. We are of the belief that this is a scam and are now pursuing our funds via the bank. Steer clear.

Found QFL online after looking for a while for quality but affordable furniture, I was lucky that it was only a 30min driving distance and so i contacted them to view a gorgeous bed and matching drawers set for my bedroom which went smoothly, everything was as stated and the delivery was great so once my furniture was up and in my newly decorated room i absolutely loved it and went on to buy more for my children's rooms and also a large tv media unit for my living room. Seriously couldn't recommend them enough, my whole experience has been delightful my furniture is stunning and I'll look forward to ordering more in the future.

I purchased a Cotswolds chest of drawers from Quality Furniture Clearance Ltd and was extremely disappointed with what arrived. The item was clearly damaged and had undergone poor-quality repairs and rough paint touch-ups. It looked nothing like the images on their website.

The product was not accurately described online, and they state that customers are welcome to come and view items before purchase – which is completely unrealistic or impossible for many people, especially when buying online.

The experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected far better from a company claiming to sell quality furniture. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a superking bed on the Saturday, I was fortunate enough the courier would be in my area on the Monday. It was delivered with no issues at all. Great item, great price, great customer service.

Ordered but not received my furniture. Sadly unable to comment on the actual item but the company…
Courier let us down. I contacted Quality Furniture Clearance QFC and wasn’t impressed with how they responded. They basically said the delivery date is a guideline depending on routes etc from courier. I disagree, if I’ve confirmed via a link sent to me, I expect the delivery to arrive.
I asked QFC to contact them but was told they would ‘raise a complaint’ - not convinced that will happen or that the furniture will arrive.
Will be cancelling tomorrow if again it doesn’t arrive

I purchased a stunning larder cupboard at a great price. It's a beautiful piece of furniture and came as advertised. The only little niggle I had is that delivery took 3 weeks from ordering (when I was hoping for a 10 day time frame due to my own availability). This was mainly due to the delivery company not being able to deliver within that time frame (so not the fault of Quality Furniture Clearance LTD). Communication about delivery and the delivery guy himself were great tho.
