Website never works. By far the worst service I have ever had in 30 years of working. Website has been down for months. Ridiculous in this day and age to have to call just to get a list of doctors to see.

Way too many companies are completely ok with handing off administrative tasks to companies like this one. Where there is absolutely no wringable neck. Today I used the company's website only to be met with multiple technical difficulties with the filters. Then once I got everything set up it still decided that I want doctors in a 250-mile radius. Ok fixed that again, took screen shots of the five different doctors’ offices, only to be met with "never heard of them" on call one. Call 2 "was accepting new patients but only with a referral", mind you cannot have both there. Call three was met with an automated voice mail that computer regurgitated the phone #, not a greeting that states you have reached the office of, and hours are and we are busy or off today and to leave a message. Call four was met with dialing the # and it just hanging up immediately did not matter what time it was. (hint it is an invalid #) Call 5 and final call from the Quantum health list of providers accepting new patients for my specific insurance was a perpetual busy signal. It did not matter what time of day either. You also cannot click the phone icon in their app to dial direct that does not work. Then when I called Quantum Health for my "concierge" experience I was met with automated hell, after a few minutes of this, I was put on the phone with a Quantum Health representative at 11:41am central 8/10/26 only to be met with no listening skills, genuine disinterest and utter annoyance that I a customer was on his phone. To be asked the same question several times even though I had already advised I used the representative that the company provided link that came to me in the mail for quantum health with a qr code for my specific benefits was providing garbage information. I get there are dumb people out there but stop triaging all calls in the same manner of assumption of dumb/stupid first and listen. Then if you assess idiocy after asking questions then you can assume away. You know you took a contract working with the public right?

Spent £20 to get an Uber to get my extremely high BP checked only to see they closed. Says open in website.

I went to Quantum Health Service for a blood test, and Dr. Haq and the staff were amazing. They thoroughly explained everything I needed to feel better and pointed me in the right direction. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend them.

Paid my COBRA health insurance every month, but it was cancelled twice in one year through the complete incompetence of Quantum Health. No explanations, no apologies, and multiple days wasted trying to restore my paid benefits. Avoid this company if you can. They do not care about you or your health.

ZERO STARS....My employer started using Quantum Health and it's been a train wreck to every co-worker I talk to. After 12 years at my company I can say I dislike my employer for the first time for putting our medical coverage in these incompetent peoples hands. Basically hired Quantum Health to deny claims and act as middlemen between insurance company and medical providers. I was recently told by my doctor of 15 years that he doesn't think his office can handle the demands Quantum Health is putting on his back office staff to get basic claims approved. Sad to see employers use shady companies like Quantum Health to save money without any regard for what their employees will go through. Side note, found out Quantum Health removes negative reviews and seems to make it hard for people to find their official review page unless you enter the city of their main office which is Dublin in Ohio. This slimy company calls themselves "care coordinators" or "medical administrators" but their people have zero medical knowledge. Many representatives work from home and will put callers on hold for countless hours while they try to get a simple question answered.

Beware, shady claims administrator for unethical corporations, Found out they have IT dept in charge of hiding and removing their negative reviews.

I left rehab when my roommate had just tapered off fentanyl and became aggressive. I left out of fear and that was considered an ama. I’ve been trying to get back into the rehab since the same day but quantum health is not letting me

Most unethical and unprofessional company I have come across. They will consistently deny even basic medical claims for anyone including disabled children and admit it was their mistake but will now take 30 to 60 days to correct it which somehow always turns to be closer to 60-90 days. Meanwhile your family's doctor and child's medical providers are NOT getting paid and wanting to discontinue future medical services for your family because of Quantum's constant payment delays and lack of response to them. This has been a constant battle with Quantum over treatment for our disabled child ever since our employer started using them to oversee medical claims 2 years ago. I have been with my company well over 10 years and never had issues with my medical insurance until they started using Quantum and now finding many co-workers are having a similar experience to the point of wanting to leave the company. Upon research it seems employers use Quantum to help them save money on annual medical insurance costs by having Quantum act as middlemen between the employee and the large medical insurance companies. Quantum's sole purpose is to help deny as many medical claims as possible in order to help your employer save on their medical insurance costs each year. In the meantime employees that work for companies that use Quantum as their medical administrator have to go through endless unethical hurdles before having any medical claims paid for their families. I highly recommend asking if an employer uses Quantum to oversee their medical insurance benefits before accepting a position with them as you will spend countless hours of your life dealing with medical insurance benefits. Legal action needs to be taken against this company and corporations not doing their due diligence before contracting this shady company to handle their employee medical benefits. At this point I have started seeking legal counsel and if there is anywhere to help start a petition or class action lawsuit against Quantum, please advise where we can find this information as these illegal practices need to stop!
