We used Quantum to help with my wife's citizenship application and found Sunny & Gabriella to be most helpful and knowledgeable about the process, it certainly made our lives easier using someone who knew the system. I guess we could have managed by ourselves if we had the time but where Quantum really came into their own was helping us when the Home Office refused our first application for spurious reasons (I guess they just refuse a percentage as a matter of course but that's just my opinion).
