We had solar panels and a battery installed by Quantum and I could not be happier with the service they provided. Mason talked us through everything we needed to know, sent various quotes (because I kept changing things) and explained exactly how the system would work, the product knowledge was honestly amazing.
Harry and the installation team were just as good, the install was seamless and for me the best part about their service was that they treated it like it was their own home, everything was so neat and well organised, and apart from the panels on the roof you can not see any cabling or holes!
They earned an extra star, when the day after, when I had an issue, they had someone round that day to fix it. Could not recommend these guys enough!

Quantum were recommended to me by a friend who had used them for his own PV and battery installation. I had already had quotes from other companies, who either just undertook a remote design based on the satelite view of my house or in the case of the company that sent a sales representative, designed a scheme that would have prevented access to a dormer window that requires use of a crawler ladder to be used every few years for painting purposes.

Mason came to site to undertake the installation assessment that included use of a drone. He explained about the process, answered various questions that I had and emailed me a quote the same day.

I opted for a larger inverter than needed for the number of panels as I want the option to add more panels in the future if required. As I understand it, the standard inverter allows for two strings of panels. The inverter I have allows for four strings.

Whilst not the cheapest quote I received, I chose Quantum as I had confidence from having met Mason, that he and Quantum would deliver. The other factor was that Quantum offer a 10 year insurance backed warranty on workmanship as well as on the equipment.

The work was carried out on the agreed dates and both the scaffolders and installation Team, led by Harry, were polite and completed the required worked without any issues.

The Handover Pack was emailed to me within a week of installation with all required details to enable me to apply to my Energy Supplier for an export Tariff.

Using Quantum was straight forward from start to finish.

Excellent service from initial enquiry through quoting to installation. At each step communication was excellent. The actual installation was quick and efficient the site left tidy. Follow up calls received to ensure all was working correctly.

I’d been toying with solar for a while and with the cost of electricity etc going up I decided to bite the bullet and look for a system to be installed. I knew I was going for either a Tesla powerwall or an sig setup. I got some online quotes and a couple of surveys done but was still not happy with what I was being offered. I saw a few ads online about Quantum and liked the variety and technical content of the videos so I gave them a call. I was put through to Mason of Quantum who I recognised from the insta ads and he came round later the same day. I’m an electrical/mechanical engineer so understand how things work. Mason calculated the maximum solar power possible and explained that it was possible and worth putting panels on both sides of my roof and went into the reasoning which none of the other companies I had dealt with suggested. He then explained why he was recommending an Sig system and the size of the battery and inverter which made absolute sense to me. I added the backup gateway and he came up with a price that was excellent for the size and type of install on my roof. Once ordered,the follow up and communication was perfect. The install took place 2 weeks later. Harry of Quantum did another pre install survey before hand and the job went smoothly. All of the install team, from the roofers to the sparky’s were polite, efficient and a pleasure to have working on the house. I’m now running virtually of grid based on Quantum’s recommendations and extremely happy with the product, service and quality of the system. In this world it’s that bit extra that counts and Quantum have it. Well done!

Quantum have recently installed a solar and battery storage system at my property. Mason ensured that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision as to the system I needed. Other firms that designed and quoted a system were far less transparent - some didn’t even visit my property!

Having received quotes from several providers, we chose Quantum to install a full solar, battery and EV charger solution. Whilst they weren't the cheapest to quote, they appeared the most professional and knowledgeable and I'm glad we chose them.
The whole project went very smoothly, in line with the plans outlined by Mason, with everything being delivered on time and on budget.

They are simply first class, to deal with somone like me they are also very patient and nothing is too much trouble. Always there to help when help is needed to give great advice. They are just simply working young men and young women out to prove to the world. Very happy with the installation, the work was done quickly and to a high standard (very neat, all the wiring as hidden as possible and extra care taken not to be intrusive for my neighbour).
More importantly, the team was supportive of several changes I asked for after the initial proposal and even got extra cables for our next projects (heat pump, underfloor heating) done for us at the same time!

I had done my research and spoke with several companies and to be honest it was not any easy choice who to go with. However after speaking with Mason and Harry I knew I had made the right decision to go with them.
