I do like my cocktails and a G&T is my favourite. I've finished my last bottle of traditional gin and am enjoying my Quarterproof gin and tonics(Fevertree).

I ordered what I thought was one bottle of gin for a Christmas present only to find out I had subscribed to a monthly supply. I sent two emails to express my concern and heard nothing. I certainly won’t be recommending Quarter

Great product, poor customer service
Great product, poor customer service. I've emailed twice and sent a Messenger query about my subscription, but have received no reply. Not even an auto response. I put a lot of stock in good customer service, so may cancel my subscription. Very disappointing.

Great gin, great taste
Great website, easy to order. Quick delivery too! I love the gin, you'd never notice any difference between it and stronger ABV gins. It's been a game changer for me!

Tastes like gin - first one I’ve tried that’s low alcohol that’s not a compromise. Easy to change order timing etc.

At the time of this review I am still waiting for my delivery, which is conspicuous by it’s absence.
Despite chasing it up and apparently the issue being forwarded to their warehouse I have still had no communication from them.
The first rule of customer service is, keep the customer informed, even when there’s nothing new to report. Extremely unimpressed.

We have always replied to any emails that you sent us. As a small business we only have one person who manages customer service alongside their other responsibilities.

Excellent service.
The gin was bought at a excellent price and we received a speedy delivery. The taste is as good as ever.

Works well in cocktails
I bought it for use in cocktails. Alcohol free doesn't give a good flavour and taste bland. This is great compromise to give the depth of flavour while letting me as a lightweight enjoy the cocktail without feeling like I have had too much.

Absolutely loving the tequila
Absolutely loving the tequila. I am using it with light agave syrup and orange extract in lieu of Cointreau in a margarita and it is fantastic.

Quarter gives you great tasting drinks without the after-effects of stronger spirits
Really delicious tequila and so great that it’s lighter as one can enjoy a couple of drinks and still be on the ball. The lower alcohol does not detract from the taste in any way. It still feels like a drink too! It’s a perfect base for cocktails. The Negroni and Margarita are also delicious and again, there is no loss of taste or feeling of having a full strength cocktail,just the bonus of being able to have another one without feeling as if you’ve had too much. Great for get-together; aperitifs and parties. Will definitely recommend Qiarter!

Best way to avoid a hangover
I'm trying to cut down the hangovers as I'm not getting any younger and they're not getting any easier. i feel like i'm not being antisocial by drinking quarter g&ts with friends and they taste just as good 💚
