They received my package sine the 8th of sept. And still haven’t received my money and it’s already sept 25 2022 . I hope they don’t scam me . Even though I had read they were scammers .

I wish that had something less than a star to give. This is my first time having an issue selling test strips. They claim that they have up to 30 days to send out payments but that was hogwash. And on their Facebook page they claim to have 5 stars from customers and that's a lie. It's been over a month and they have not responded to or paid me. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND I WILL WARN EVERYONE I CAN!!!!!!!

Fraudulent business. I sent my test strips in back in April of 2022. Richard Spillman, the owner of the company, implied that my check was lost in the mail in an email on May 29, 2022 and said that he would send a check via Priority Mail with tracking. He did not and has dodged me ever since. I have no reason to believe he will ever send a check unless legal action is taken against him. Do not do business with this person. He is a fraud.

Scam. Just plain old theft. AND Spillman is rude. A very rude theft. Plain and simple. USPS inspectors need to get involved since this is mail fraud.

I sent my strips to this CROOK, they were received by his company on August 10/20/22. I sent an email on August 18 asking when I might expect payment due to the fact I had read on line many others stating they had not received their payments at all. I received the following reply: Your shipment was received 6 business days ago. We have over 20,000 customers. Like any business with a very large customer base, we are entitled to a reasonable payment processing time. My staff has located your information and your payment will be sent in the time frame clearly stated in the terms and conditions on our website, which are: “Like any business with a very large customer base (ours is 20,000+), we are entitled to a reasonable payment processing time. Depending on fluctuations in our level of staffing due to COVID or other factors, that time may be up to 30 days for products dated 1 year+ and mint condition, and may be longer for short-dated and/or damaged products.” The only problem is your web site is so convoluted the terms & conditions are extremely hard to find and very easy to miss. I informed him that if I did not received payment within ten business days I would file a report with the B.B.B. His reply was as follows: So taking actions such as the ones you mention would be extremely premature, harassing, abusive, unjustified, unfounded, libelous, slanderous and defamatory. And if such actions are taken, I will initiate immediate legal action for damages, court costs and attorney fees.

I sent my test strips April 1 they receive them April 7 I received a partial payment and when I inquired about it I was told he was going to deduct my payment because I had multiple inquiries. There was multiple inquiries because I never had got a response or payment. And when I did get a response it was a replacement check has been sent which I never received. This company will rip you off they will not pay you. Do not use this company.

Scam! I would not recommend selling to this person. My first experience has been no response, no follow up and no idea if, or when, I'll ever get paid.

Rip off. I gave you my stuff every 3 months ago and still not received anything from you not an email nothing nobody said to these people

I only give a star because zero is not an option. I sent 19 boxes that I was quoted $760. The automated system says to leave them a message if it’s been more than 15 business days. I sent my strips in April. Received a post dated check for $260 in June. Filed a complaint with my Attorney General and the incompetent ass that owns the company claims that he did not give that quote. I have the email printed out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS!!!

Avoid this company at all costs!! They do not return phone calls or reply to emails. It has been almost 2 months since my submission was delivered to them and not one word, much less payment. I will never use them again and will post on every site I can find to prevent others from loss.

Do not send these scam scumbs nothing I 17 boxes of test stripsto them my tracking receipt said they received them on May 31 .I have called them and emailed them even messaged the owner Richard Spillman he messaged me back and said they had found my order and his people would get my money to me right away.i filed a complaint with BBB.THEY SAY THEY HAVE MANY.

Suffice it to say I did not heed the information here to avoid this company. Too bad I did not. It took four months and several emails and phone calls before I finally got paid, $140 less than what was rightfully due me. My strips were absolutely mint and they had a year plus update, I received highest payout from other companies when submitting the same, I only chose this company because their payout was much higher than the rest so I thought I’d give them a try. I assumed they would honor what they say on their website in regard to payout and time frame. Once months pass with no reply of course your emails to them become more stern and maybe even a bit threatening. But what recourse do you have when they either do not reply or tell you your payment is coming soon and weeks and weeks pass with nothing? His canned replies to your anger let you know that he’s heard this from others many times. What a way to do business, with a disclaimer stating in advance, you you’ll be charged if your communication with them becomes abusive! That should’ve been a warning right off the top, people usually do not become abusive for no reason. I do not recommend doing business with this company for many other test strip companies from which to choose that are reliable, prompt, and honest.

My name is Zoila Rodriguez and this company has been taking my merchandise and never paid the price for it. This is the second time, and there's no way of contact the company. This is a scam!!!

I sent them my test strips on 03/25/2022 and still never received anything,call a lot of times left a message.What go is the state attorney office going to do .NOT A @#$! THING. I hope one day I see on the news what a scam this is and who ever is in charge is walk out of the courtroom in handcuffs.

They admit they receive my test strips but refused to send me any money for them. They were in perfect condition with over a year before they expire. I’m going to the states attorney general register a complaint against them

Mar 4 - received mailing label and shipped items
Mar 8 - they received my items
April 3 - emailed them to see when they might pay
April 4 - company replies "I will check on what happened with your shipment and payment. I will make sure you are paid what you are owed, if it hasn’t already been sent."
April 8 - email them asking to see what happened
April 8 - "My staff has located your information and your payment will be sent soon."
April 26th - no payment yet, email company when payment will be sent, they reply with "A check has been sent" this is NOT true
May 3 - emailed them to see when it was sent. - no reply
May 7 - emailed them to see when it was sent. they reply with "If you have not received the check we sent, a replacement will be sent Monday."
May 18 - emailed to see when the check was sent before contacting BBB - company accusses me of making threats.
May 19th - ask them for the check# that was sent - no reply from company
They stole my items and will not pay the $150 promised in the initial estimate.

They got my 5 boxes on April 20th and today is May 20th and after a few ph calls and several email I have not heard a word nor gotten my $320. This is really a sad business

Do not use this company for anything! I sent them 10 boxes of test strips which they advertised that they would pay $40 a box. I sent it on January 29. I just finally received my check and it is now May 18. But, they only sent me a check for $280 when it was supposed to be $400. I then went to their website and now they’re telling people that the strips I sent are only $30 a box. Well even $30 times 10 is $300. They still shorted me on what they’re telling people now. But when I did this back in January it was $40 a box . Do not trust this company at all, they lied to me for months telling me they sent me my payment which was a total lie. I dealt with other companies and had my money within two weeks, it shouldn’t take four months!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Check the BBB, check the Google reviews, check their Facebook page, and check TestPilot!! Seriously, these people are scammers!!! I wish I would have checked before sending them anything but it's too late now! IT's a waiting game, but I feel like there will be no recourse!! Good luck IF you decide to be scammed by these theives!!
