Quickfarefly Avis 1

First of all on their website they claim 5 stars on Trustpilot, but Trustpilot is not even award of the business. Worst experience I have ever had trying to book an airline ticket. I purchased a ticket online and received a call minutes later saying that flight was not available. They offered to find me another flight, I received another call saying they had found me another flight and to click on the email link sent to me to book the ticket. The flight they found was flying from a different city and cost $50 more, so I asked the agent to find a flight from the airport I requested. The agent found a third flight which I agreed to purchase at an additional $75. They sent me a confirmation number and flight information for this Alaska Airlines flight. When I tried to check-in for my flight, Alaska Airlines did not recognize the confirmation number Quickfarefly gave me and informed me I was not in their system. I spent the next 2 hours trying to reach Quickfarefly on their 24/7 customer service number but after listening to 15 minutes of hold music I was repeatedly disconnected. I sent emails, and tried to use their online chat without any response. This company is a scam, they do not provide the service offered and their agents are rude and very difficult to understand given a very thick Indian accents.
