Chaotic!
Called in on Saturday early afternoon for shirt to be numbered, told would be ready at 5pm, agreed to collect on Monday, called in10 am Monday.
Told it was not printed, went for a walk.
Shop in a mess, collected garment now printed at 10.35
Didn’t ask for payment. Told young man that money not been taken, appears unorganised. Shop chaotic, clothing everywhere,
Settled the invoice won’t use again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your shirt wasn’t ready when you arrived on Monday and that you had to wait.
An unexpected network issue delayed production by around 15 minutes and also affected our payment system. The payment issue was resolved within five minutes.
We had just received our morning delivery, which explains the boxes in the shop. We appreciate that this made the space look cluttered.
We have since called you and offered a refund for the inconvenience. Please accept our apologies for the disappointing experience, and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
