My wife and I recently moved from East London to South London and used Quikvans and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. I first got in touch about two weeks before our move and their response time was incredibly quick. We had a call to arrange everything, and when I later needed to change the original time slot due to not getting our keys as early as planned, they were extremely accommodating and understanding. Nothing felt like a hassle.

On the day itself, they arrived 10 minutes early — which immediately put us at ease. They were punctual, organised and clearly very experienced. The whole moving process felt logical and carefully thought through. Every item was handled with care and attention, packed properly and placed securely in the van. Nothing was damaged at all.

Even when it started raining during unloading, they were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was brought to the door safely. Heavy items, lighter items — nothing was too much trouble. They were professional, friendly and just fantastic to deal with.

The entire move was completed within four hours and ran so smoothly from start to finish.

Fantastic communication, great attitude and excellent service throughout. We would absolutely use Quick Vans again and highly recommend them to anyone moving home.

Driver was lovely. Came on time, helped to load and unload the items into my new house. He was very friendly and we did everything under an hour. Would definitely recommend. Had a fantastic experience with Okechukwu for my recent moving. His van was impressively large, and the price was very fair. He is a true professional and deserves a PhD in moving! My sofa and mattress were perfectly protected, and he took extra care with the boxes of fragile items I'd pointed out. Really couldn't ask for a better service. This is my second time using Okechukwu’s service. This time was an extremely difficult job helping me lifting a big sofa and a big bed up to fourth floor. It has been great challenges but thanks to the professionalism we settled it well in the end.
