Poor and very rude (Jennifer) customer service and the worst part is they could care less if you have your meds or not. Maybe they took on more than they can handle. Who knows. They caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. They put different manufacturers of pills in a bottle without notifying client.
Promises made but never kept! After a lengthy phone conversation with Jessica, she told me that my wife's prescription would definitely sent out today. They texted her at 5:07 pm and said it was out for delivery and would be about 30 minutes. 3 Hours later and still no delivery. Maybe they need to change the name to "Quack"...Promises made but not kept!
This is another day with no word from Qwark on my wife's prescription. She sent in for a refill on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024. As of today, 01/16/2023, Qwark has still not delivered her prescription even though they have sent her a text yesterday that it was out for delivery. Called back in today and still have not received a response from them. This is not the first , second or third time this has happened. This is an ongoing problem that we can't get resolved. Anyone who deals with Qwark in Richmond, Virginia better think twice about dealing with this company. Absolutely terrible service!
Tried it and loved it. I dont have to wait in line every month at the local pharmacy to pick my meds up. Recommend everyone to try it.

The process of getting prescription medications simplified! Easy to navigate the site and prices were unbelievably low. Highly recommend if you need to refill every 30 or 90 days.
