My nozzle sprang a leak after two years. I sent a photo showing the problem and asked if it was still under guarantee. The answer was no but, as a good will gesture they sent me a new one. It arrived two days later. I cannot praise this company highly enough! Their hosepipe nozzle and tap fittings really are leak-proof too.
You have to get to know this tool before it will work properly. Get some boiling water onto the end of your hose (be safe) and then push it on as far as you can then close and screw the cap on. To connect you have to pull back on the end and connect or if you prefer push it hard onto the connector as far as it will go. This takes a bit of getting used to. Once you have mastered it you won’t find a better tool for your hose to connect without any leaks. I’m giving it 4 stars because it takes some skill to learn how to use it correctly.

You’re absolutely right that the first installation can take a little getting used to, particularly if you’re used to traditional hose fittings with internal teeth.
Your tip about warming the hose end is a great one as well. Softening the hose slightly can make installation easier, especially on thicker or stiffer hoses.
You’re also spot on about pulling the collar fully back when connecting a tap fitting or spray. This works a little differently to traditional connectors where the accessory simply pushes in, so that’s another helpful tip for other users to know.

This does not work at all with any of the hoses we have. We have what we thought were pretty standard size hoses but when you try and couple them up with this, they are all bigger than central piece that you fit the hose to and no matter how you tighten it, water floods out. I notice that many of the comments here say the same thing. It is a great idea but it should be made clear that it only fits small hoses!

Quick delivery,and excellent product. These connectors really do work. At first I didn't connect them properly and coudn't get the attachements to stay on. Then I read the instructions, and realised that there was an extra leak prevention in the grey collar that needs to be lifted when fitting. After fitting correctly they worked like a dream. No more leaks!

I was honestly fed up with connectors that kept popping off mid-watering or leaking all over my hands! Qwickhose has been a complete game changer. It was super easy to fit, feels really sturdy, and hasn’t budged once, even with high water pressure!

Whilst the connector is an excellent fit to the hose the connection to the tap is very flaky.
It is counterintuitive in that it doesn't just push on like other hose connectors; and when you master the trick the connector often blows off and soaks you
