I really DID NOT want to do this but have been left with NO choice!
I joined R2Pbet at the beginning of the year! When I signed up was not asked for any verification! I made deposits and (speedy) withdrawals with no problem at all! Then on 6 April I tried to make a withdrawal of £370 and was told my account needed to be verified ( took a few days) but eventually got my money!
Now on Tuesday 15th April I had a very big win and lo and behold was asked for verification, I complied but still couldn’t withdraw, I communicated by chat and email and was told that it was a technical issue on their part! The last email I recieved gave me a case number and said it was being sorted! That was the LAST time I recieved any communication by email from them! I sent 12 emails and not ONE reply! So I was communicating by email and was again told I need to verify my account! I have SEVEN emails (I have screenshots of EVERY interaction by chat and email) to say my account is FULLY VERIFIED!
So I resent what was asked for and told I would be communicated by email, but just thought I would try to withdraw again but now my account is SUSPENDED!!!
Now I can’t even communicate through the chat!
I have been given the run around which I do not need at the moment as I am going through cancer treatment and the winning would greatly help my family at this time!!
I will continue to update on this post until this issue is resolved!!

FINALLY! Recieved an email at 15.25 saying that my account was verified but waiting for the “relevant” department to notify me! I then sent an email asking why my account was suspended an said that it would have been good customer to notify me before the suspension!!
This email was sent at 18.41 on 17 April! and I get a reply at 12.56AM on April 19 saying my account was suspended pending verification!!
AGAIN, NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Don't believe a word they say anymore. Reward you with bonuses when you deposit, but the bonuses don't work, it is a technical issue apparently. So deposit again and now another game has an error code during the gameplay. It would appear that the technical department has an issue when it comes to keeping their games going smoothly. Absolutely pathetic and when you do get a response back from your so called VIP manager eventually it is more excuses. Not impressed at all and don't actually believe a thing they say. I would not recommend this website to anyone.
